“But even if we or an angel from heaven should preach to you a gospel contrary to the one we preached to you, let him be accursed.” Galatians 1:8

There is a simple fact that every believer must acknowledge in their walk with Christ, and that is this, you and I are not God. Nor are we little gods. Nor do we have the same power or ability to think and act and create like God. Even more so, neither do our words have the same power as Gods words. The simple fact is, man is a creation of God, made a little above the angels itself, without the ability nor power to imitate God in action or in deeds, or in this case – words. The truth is, our words are not on the same level as God almighty and have virtually no power within themselves. In other words, when we speak nothing happens, but when God speaks everything happens, because he’s God and we’re not.

Yet there is a teaching which has gained prominence within the Charismatic/Pentecostal circles by suggesting that not only are we little gods, not only can we duplicate what God can do, we can equally speak things as a god and see those words literally transform nothing into something. It is called Positive Affirmation, or what is generally referred to by some as the power within the tongue. The belief is very simple, and very dangerous, but it goes something like this; A believer has a special need (money, health, career change, relationship, etc.) and they desire this with great fervor, but they don’t know how to bring it to pass. The answer? Simply speak it into existence. Sounds far fetched right? Yet if the truth be told, there are millions of Christians within the Charismatic/Pentecostal circles who have bought into this lie that says if one desires to change their circumstances in life, all one has to do is simply speak it into being and it will come. The problem is that it never works.

Teachers such as Kenneth Copeland, Joel Osteen, Joyce Meyer, Jesse Duplantis and a boatload of others, have made millions of dollars in book sales all in trying to convince an unsuspecting Christian that they have the power within themselves to speak something out of nothing and gain whatever they want. The problem is, A) It’s not scriptural, and B) It’s not possible. To be clear, Jesus told us that if we followed him, that we too could (and would) perform miracles – but as the Spirit leads. The fact remains that while the gifts of the Holy Spirit are valid today (1 Corinthians chapter 12), the ability to just speak something is not only foolish, or unscriptural, it was never taught by the early church leaders, or Christ himself.

Believe it or not, the Positive Confession movement has no actual basis within the early church, nor was it rooted at all within modern or even past Christian teachings, it literally came from the occult world and went by another title, The Law of Attraction. This occult method is standard 101 information for anyone involved in the secret world of witchcraft and sorcery. The idea is simple, whatever you are attracted to, or desire, all you have to do is channel the strong desire within your mind to receive it, and by doing so, you can have it. This method has been utilized for hundreds, if not thousands of years by those who perform the dark arts of gaining whatever they desire. The problem with the confession, speaking it into existence, law of attraction is, it’s tapping into the spiritual realm, and certainly not what is of God.

It is amazing that when we examine the teachings and ideas promoted by a select few who claim to receive a revelation from God that is never based on the word of God, we begin to see its true source – Satan. Yet this is exactly the facts as it relates to the Positive Confession movement that has unfortunately polluted the church world today. From its roots from the early druids and pagans, the teaching of the Law of Attraction remains to this day the tool by which some within the modern church world has cleverly utilized which would deceive many by its false teachings. One would think that if they understood that ours is not to simply call forth everything into being that it would become true, nor by simply suggesting that if one merely spoke something by faith that it would happen. The truth is, God desires us to pray his will for whatever we need, not ours. This is the problem of self, it does not desire to submit to God’s perfect plan, but instead, rely on self and self desires (money, material things) to gain something simply by declaring it so. It’s all a clever ruse to blind the believer to a belief that he or she is able to do things on a thought, or word, and not rely on God’s word.

So how did this particular teaching come into the church today?

His name was E.W. Kenyon. Kenyon was born on April 25, 1867. He was introduced to the faith from the Methodist movement of that particular time. It was there he was introduced to the early teachings of the New Thought movement, and subsequently became aware of this new teaching which stated that if one speaks something, one will receive something, all by faith. Kenyon would go on to become affiliated with the growing Pentecostal movement which was happening in that time, the re-birth of the advent of the Pentecost in the book of Acts, and would find himself learning as well as teaching at the Emerson School. From the early writings of E.W. Kenyon, his works would include many gleanings from the occult world, new age spiritualism, and the Law of Attraction that would be taken and used by later generations, namely one Kenneth Hagin, who equally was influenced by Kenyon’s claims of Positive Affirmations.

Yet even though Kenyon was a contributor to what we now call “Positive Talk”, it has literally taken on a life of its own. But not just by the church world, even today, New Age teachers such as Oprah Winfrey, Eckhart Tolle, Rhonda Byrne (author of The Secret), as well as many more. This Law of Attraction, the ability to think and then say something into reality is not a product of man, far from it. The teaching itself dates back to one individual who said to himself “I shall be like the most high. I will place my throne above his.” – Satan. It was Satan who was the originator of Positive Confession, and it was Satan who went into the garden and said to Eve, “Did God actually say, ‘You shall not eat of any tree in the garden’?”(Genesis 3:1) For when Eve reminded Satan of what God said not to do, it as Satan who then presented a different way of thinking, “You surely will not die.”“For God knows that in the day you eat from it your eyes will be opened, and you will be like God, knowing good and evil.” (Genesis 3:4-5)

Satan presented a positive affirmation, which was literally the foundation to Law of Attraction with Eve. Satan simply said, ignore what God says, confess that you shall have great wisdom and great understanding and I will not die. In other words, think it, say it and believe it and it will come to you. The reality is, Eve did receive understanding, but it was the understanding of what God strictly forbid, and thus, because of Adam, sin entered into the world. Thus, the Law of Attraction, power of the tongue to say something into existence is rooted directly from pride. It is sin.

If we could simply say things into reality, then why is there great trouble in the world? If we can simply speak something into being, then why is there hunger? Or war? Or death and disease? If there is power in our tongue, then why did Paul, the great Apostle who faced many a hardship pray three times that God would remove the thorn in his side, but God said “NO!”, but that his grace was sufficient for him? (2 Corinthians 12:8-9)

The fact is this, our authority is limited to what Christ has given to us in his word because of the cross, and nothing more. Yes, we have the power (authority) to claim some spiritual matters as it relates to our faith, but it must always be found consistent with the word of God, it can never go beyond God’s word. If we pray his will, then we will find our will and prayers will be aligned perfectly, even if some things we confess or pray for do not come, sometimes God simply says “No” and we must learn to trust him regardless, for he knows better than we.

Jesus only gives us authority to do what he commissioned us to do – preach the gospel, disciple the nations, heal the sick, cast out demons, etc. He does not give us ALL authority. Nor does he give us the power to speak things into being simply because we want it or desire it, that is the lure of the garden and the tree itself that Satan continues to tempt fallen man with, even Christians, that if we think it and say it, we can have it. But God says otherwise. Don’t fall for this trap, but instead trust God, pray with faith with what he has faithfully given to us, the cross, and believe for those things which he desires, that souls be saved. Everything else will come, or not come based on God’s determination and plan, not by our words.

president-donald-trump

The nation, the elites, the entire world is in shock. On November 8th, America did something that has not been seen since possibly the election of Ronald Reagan to the White House, and that was the astounding election of Donald Trump. There is no question that a resounding voice of anger was released by millions of disgruntled voters over the past several years, even giving a platform to someone who might not have ever run for office had there not been such an overwhelming sentiment as there was throughout the nation. It was our own “Brexit” moment.

But I’m not going to get into the political analysis of the election and why Trump won, no, that’s actually for those who do that for a living. I on the other hand will venture into something much more important rather than why Trump won, instead, why the church has become now part of the political process, and its attempt to make America great again by transforming it into some sort of modern day Israel – for the church.

For the past several days upon the news President-elect Trump won the nomination (electoral vote and not the popular vote), I wondered why? Why would someone who had no political experience, no foreign understanding on world issues, whose own ideas about the rest of the world and how it should work, how could he become the President elect? Then I began to realize that it wasn’t simply about Mr. Trump, or his personality, his charisma, his celebrity-ism or his wealth as a successful businessman, it was something more that had nothing to do with Mr. Trump, and everything to do with the sentiment of the people. In simple terms, Mr. Trump, who is keenly aware of social trends, realized that the only way he could actually win is to tap into what was already brooding – public frustration and anger. It was in fact anger that led to the rise of Donald Trump. And it was that same emotion that Mr. Trump fed into which would bring him to the path to which he now rests – the White House.

Yet, where was the church in this movement? Where was the Christians during this particular election cycle? They were waiting for someone who would give them the promise that they had been waiting for since the former days of Ronald Reagan, they were awaiting for their political Messiah, and the moment that he (Trump) had announced his intention to step into the political fray to become the next President of the United States, they found him. They found “The One”.

While I will not go into character issues about Mr. Trump, instead, I want to focus on the more dire issues concerning this election, and that is why the church has become so politicized in these last days?

To say that I have been grieved in my spirit over this current election season goes beyond the term grieved, I am mortified by how that many within the body of Christ has become so vocal, oppressive, even threatening to anyone who would voice their concerns over their particular candidate, or worse, disagreed with their choice for President. From Kenneth Copeland threatening anyone who would not vote for Trump by suggesting that they would answer to God at the judgment, to other well known Charismatic, Evangelical and Pentecostal leaders who even dared to suggest that if one did not vote for Trump, they would actually lose their salvation!

It not only startles me as a fellow Christian that so many within the church would even support someone like Mr. Trump, but to dare suggest that those who didn’t should be held accountable for all the evils in the world should Trump not win? Even going to such lengths as to harass believers into voting for Trump or they should find another church to attend? Yes friends, this is all well documented, it happened. Yet even more, the church said a hearty AMEN in response. It was truly a ‘take Trump or else’ movement that mirrored the early mafia/union days of the early 30’s to anyone who dared voted against Unions in America. Yet throughout the church world, Christian leaders, prophets, pastors and such were all committed to Trump, for many it was not even an option, for Trump was, as so many called him, “God’s Candidate”. The reality was, and remains – he’s not.

I believe that what we saw on November 8th was nothing short of a church which has sunk to its lowest level since I can even remember. I saw a church divided, (and divided still) anger, bitter, displaying not the love of Christ for anyone who was not like minded, but one which took aim at any one and any thing which would jeopardize their vision of America at restoring the nation back to some sort of mythical city where God could reign – literally. And they had their prophets as well proclaiming such. From the NAR, the Dominionist’s, the Charismatic sects as well as many fundamentalists, all declaring that God said this was the man whom would restore America to its heyday. The only problem is, what period of time are we going to go back to? To the 1950’s version of America where blacks had little say in matters of culture? Or the 1900s where women had no right to vote? Are we going to now dictate what kind of religion can worship freely in America? The Muslim? The Jew? Are they allowed to stay? The truth is, the America so many of these who have aligned with Mr. Trump’s vision of America have failed to realize is, that America has changed since the 50s. No longer is this the all American, Christian America that so many have become enamored with from the portraits of Norman Rockwell. This America is more diverse today than ever before. In other words, the days of old are past.

The truth is, the church was wrong with its direction for the past year and half, and whatever testimony they had with the world, was all lost the moment Trump won the Oval office. Throw dirt in the air all you want, the fact remains, the one true virtue of the church was the standard by which it held, which meant it did not get involved in the political affairs of a nation, instead, it stood separate as a reminder of what true standards and character meant. Yet we threw that away the moment the church aligned itself with Mr. Trump, whose own character did not align itself to the virtues of one who claims to walk with Christ.

So I sought the Lord, I prayed about what took place two nights ago, and finally the Lord led me to the word – his word, for an answer. It was found in Ezekiel 12:9-12. “Son of man, has not the house of Israel, the rebellious house, said to you, ‘What are you doing?’ Say to them, ‘This is what the Sovereign LORD says: These actions contain a message for King Zedekiah in Jerusalem and for all the people of Israel.’ Explain that your actions are a sign to show what will soon happen to them, for they will be driven into exile as captives. “Even Zedekiah will leave Jerusalem at night through a hole in the wall, taking only what he can carry with him. He will cover his face, and his eyes will not see the land he is leaving.

What I feel the Lord leading me to say is this, #1, the church has committed idolatry by erecting a man as their savior, their hope for a nation for they have in turn placed America above God. They have committed idolatry because their love for Patriotism and the flag and the Constitution rises above their love for God and his word. They want something that they cannot have, to which God is attempting to change, but they are fighting it tooth and nail, and they will lose.

#2, Trump was a stopgap in God’s prophetic timetable. Meaning, he is only President for a brief moment.

#3, The nation will never become a place for the church to hide in, nor will Trump’s election resolve anything, it will only get worse as we get further into things in this world. There is clearly a massive deception taking place surrounding Trump, and it’s one that Satan has created to lure the church once again into a false hope.

#4 There will be a woman President. Several years ago I heard the Lord speak to me to say that “She will lead them to war”, and at that particular time, I believed the only logical conclusion to that word would in fact be Hillary Clinton simply because she was the only logical selection as no other would do so (at that time). However, even though I know God spoke to me, I know God revealed to me what would eventually come, it was simply not her who would step inside the Oval Office. The prophecy is accurate yet the details were wrong. Which brings me to my warning that we must always be patient when God speaks. When Agabus spoke of a coming famine (Acts 11:28), it took ten years from the moment he spoke it to it coming to pass. We must learn to unlearn religious traditions that we have embraced, and learn to trust God at his very word, like Abraham, Moses, Paul and Daniel.  Yet I believe that whomever the next President will be, I believe we will see a woman step into the White House, and that will bring us to some sort of significant conclusion to America.

#5 I believe the reason why God led me to Ezekiel 12:9-12 is simple, when we examine scripture, we see something very interesting the prophet was facing himself at that time. Ezekiel saw the Babylonian Empire coming, but Israel did not. They believed, by via false prophets, that Israel would be a great nation still, it would grow and offset the Babylonians. They even had a “King” named Zedekiah whom they believed would protect Israel. But God said something very significant about this man whom Israel declared a King – he wasn’t. God called him a Prince. If it’s to be noted, Zedekiah was not to rule as Davids predecessor, instead, Jehoiachin the last King God honored would rule, there would be no other. God would not honor this selection that the people desired. And Israel would go into captivity. Much the same when the people desired a King, God told the prophet Samuel to remind the people that he had indeed desired a King for them, a Godly man who would be after his own heart whose name was David. But the people would not wait, and instead, desired Saul, one who would be ruthless and eventually lose not only his kingdom, but see the ark carried off by the Philistines, dying by his own sword. Trump will not stop what is coming, for he is the peoples choice, he was not God’s choice.

Today, the modern church is exactly like Israel of old. It is amazing to see the resemblance of Israel to the modern church in the West. But by grace God protects his people. Yet I believe it sets an example of how that many would become deceived in the last days by such a great deception to which the world, and even the church, could not imagine. The one thing Trump mirrors for me as one looking outside the system, is how undiscerning the church is today, and how much it truly is captivated by this world. It wants the things of God and the world. Some would even suggest that I am unpatriotic, that I resent or dislike America. But they would be wrong. I have great respect to what America is, and more importantly, what it was. But something has obviously turned spiritually speaking in the nation, it is not what it once was.

So I leave this topic with a heaviness within my spirit, knowing that whatever is coming, God is giving the church, not America, time to set its affairs in order. Not to change America in the hopes of restoring it back to its former glory, but instead, the church coming back to the cross, the only means by which it can withstand the great deception that is about to cover this world, including America.

I stand by this prophetic word.

election-winner

“Now the Spirit expressly says that in later times some will depart from the faith by devoting themselves to deceitful spirits and teachings of demons,” 1 Timothy 4:1

There is no question that this nation is more divided than ever before, and the church is equally as divided as well. It seems the spirit of the world has infiltrated the modern church, and worse, a spirit of deception unlike anything I’ve ever seen has seemingly made its way into the body of Christ, and what baffles me even more is that the church doesn’t even recognize it – or even cares to. What I’ve seen so far is a dramatic shift away from biblical standards when it comes to God’s ordained path to live, and instead, an embracing of anything for the sake of politics. It seems as though many within the church would throw away righteousness and truth for the sake of being politically correct. It seems that saving America is more important these days than keeping ourselves from the cares or affairs of this life. And the church wants it that way.

I have purposely avoided making any public comment about the current Presidential election, yet something in my spirit this morning is rising up, and it’s the spirit of the gift of discernment thru prophecy, and that is this, that I believe something is happening which should cause us more concern this election cycle rather than who wins the Presidency. Having said that, I have reason to worry over this particular election than the previous ones of the past, not because of whose running (that’s half of it) but because of whose supporting Donald Trump.

I will not go into further detail on this until after the election, which I will then share my thoughts. Yet I must speak something which happened over the summer of a specific dream I had and why I believe God has brought it back to my remembrance at this time. The dream is very simple and very troubling, for within the dream I was going to a political rally on the night of the election, upon arriving, the place was empty, the floor was filled with signs, posters confetti and balloons which littered the floor. I was speaking to someone on the phone during this time, which tells me I was speaking or receiving this message thru the Holy Spirit, as I sat down among the cluttering of post-election news and celebration. I could not see who won, for the face on the cards and posters, nor the name was revealed, so I don’t know if Trump or Clinton won (or lost), but I do know this, I was going to Trumps election night headquarters and as I sat in the quiet somber of what had occurred, something in my spirit laid heavy upon me, not because he had lost, but he had won! The dream ended.

I do not know what this, as well as the former dream of Trump [dream of Donald Trump]  means, only this, on November 8th, near midnight, the world will know the direction of the United States of America. Yet even I am more concerned with the direction of the church, for if the church can be hijacked by one candidate who has clearly shown a character of one who is not good, then it proves to me the powerful deception which will arrive in the future where Jesus said that even the very elect would be deceived.

Barack-Obama

Even him, whose coming is after the working of Satan with all power and signs and lying wonders,” 2 Thessalonians 2:9

It seems to many of us that if we are to avoid the eventual catastrophic world conflict we must strengthen the United Nations as a first step toward a world government patterned after our own government with a legislature, executive and judiciary, and police to enforce its international laws and keep the peace,” he said. “To do that, of course, we Americans will have to yield up some of our sovereignty. That would be a bitter pill. It would take a lot of courage, a lot of faith in the new order. Pat Robertson has written in a book a few years ago that we should have a world government, but only when the Messiah arrives. He wrote, literally, any attempt to achieve world order before that time must be the work of the devil. Well, join me. I’m glad to sit here at the right hand of Satan.” — Walter Cronkite

How does one go from obscurity to enormous popularity within the span of only a few years? Equally, how can someone come from a vague, not to mention mysterious past and become the leader of the free world with little political experience? In a more realistic world none would have reached such vast heights both socially, as well as politically in such a short time, yet one did, and his name is Barack Obama.

Since time began, there has always been someone willing, even appointed, who would fulfill the will of Satan to bring about his plan for a global society. From the fallen angels mentioned in Genesis 6:1-3, who by their very will, caused mankind untold horror when these beings left their angelic state to then corrupt the world to such a degree that God had no choice but to destroy all of mankind, save Noah and his family. It was only a few hundred or more years later that Nimrod took his rightful place as the first global leader, and convinced the people to come together and build a great tower, which in turn would be opened to the heavens. God had to stop man, as well as Satan’s plan for world globalism, not because it was the wrong man (Nimrod), but it was the wrong time.

Century after century, certain men would rise up and declare their goal for world power. Nebuchannezar, Herod, The Pharoh’s, Nero, Hitler, Stalin and Mao. These men, among others throughout the course of time, all had one common theme by which they walked and ruled – to bring about world order. Yet none came close to fulfilling that desire, regardless how much they wanted it, globalism was never within their grasp.

Enter the 21st century and one Barack Obama.

Barack Obama was born August 4th, 1961. Raised by a single mother as well as his grandparents, Barack Obama grew up under not so normal circumstances. Moving to Indonesia, he studied and grew up surrounded by life in a moderate Muslim community. Moving back to Hawaii with his family in 1971, Barack began to once again become familiar with life in the States. Throughout the rest of his early formative years, Barack Obama began to grow, mature and go on to become our nations next President. Yet the question remains, but how?

How did a virtually unknown become one of the nations more popular Presidents of our time? How did a man who had little experience in the political process, had no significant accomplishments while a U.S. Senator, and one who had never managed to show any viable signs of being a true leader of the free world? Past Presidents, and their life’s work could openly be seen. Yet for one Barack Obama, who never had the type of life of past men who have graced the seal of the Oval office, his life, his childhood, education, and political experience reveals something other, and that is why I believe, when we look at the now end of the political life of President Barack Obama and his tenure as our 44th President of the United States, we can see through his own actions while President, of why he was selected, and that selection had nothing to do with his political ambitions, or his globalist worldview, but something more sinister which needs to be taken into account, and that is, who is really behind his rise as the world’s leader?

There is no question in my mind that in another time and another place, Barack Obama would never have become President. Yet, in 2016, after two past elections, insurmountable odds, even defeating the Clinton machine, Barack Obama has managed to do what no other could possibly do, and that is to be become elected as this nations President. Still, when we examine how the rise of Barack Obama took place, it’s imperative that we begin to look past the natural, and start examining the spiritual, for this is where I believe we will be able to understand that Barack Obama’s rise was anything but ordinary, but destined.

In the book, “Dreams From my Father”, a book written by Barack Obama, he begins to relate to the reader of an event which occurred several years before his entry into the world of politics. A dream that Barack had which reveals something very significant when we examine the spiritual matters of men, here is that dream from an excerpt from his book:

I finally fell asleep, and dreamed I was walking along a village road. Children, dressed only in strings of beads, played in front of the round huts, and several old men waved to me as I passed. But as I went farther along, I began to notice that people were looking behind me fearfully, rushing into their huts as I passed. I heard the growl of a leopard and started to run into the forest, tripping over roots and stumps and vines, until at least I couldn’t run any longer and fell to my knees in the middle of a bright clearing. Panting for breath, I turned around to see the day turned night, and a giant figure looming as tall as the trees, wearing only a loincloth and ghostly mask. The lifeless eyes bored into me, and I heard a thunderous voice saying only that it was time, and my entire body began to shake violently with the sound, as if I were breaking apart. …I jerked up in a sweat, hitting my head against the wall lamp that stuck out over the bunk. In the darkness, my heart slowly evened itself, but I couldn’t get back to sleep again”. [Dreams from My Father, 372.]

There is a multitude of information which could be examined in this one glimpse of what normally has been a very private life of one Barack Obama. Yet, with all his past secrecy’s, the limited private information about Barack Obama’s past, either past school records, or his tenure as editor of the Harvard Legal Review where nothing attributed to his time as editor was penned, let alone any thesis from his years at Columbia University, where none has ever been found, we see something extraordinary. We see for the first time someone open himself up, either on purpose or a miscalculated goof of a spiritual revelation by which a young Barack Obama has an encounter with Satan. It is in this moment that we can clearly see where Barack Obama has been chosen to set things into motion, and where Satan selectively appoints Obama on the road to political history, to which the world will never be the same. Sound far fetched? Not when we take into consideration that Satan, like God, selects those whom will follow him for greatness by promising them the world. It is here, in these pages of Barack Obama’s own words that he penned in his memoirs, that I believe Barack Obama sold his soul to fulfill prophetic destiny, and reveals to us, either by intention or simply an oversight, of how the kingdom of darkness works.

Either way, when we examine the dream that he had, there is no question that Satan had chosen this man for his own purpose. Yet, can we find any type of information which would tell us the how’s or why’s he was chosen? Sadly no. There are still some things that we as Christians are simply not privy to for what occurs between the veil that separates our world from the other side. However, we can say this though as it relates to how Satan works, he always uses those who seem to be conscious of the fact that they want something greater, not for merely themselves, but to satisfy their own lustful desires.

What little we do know of Barack’s ideas and opinions (what little there is) we can clearly see that his entire framework was crafted under the guise of globalism. I’ve written many articles in the past where I have stated without question that globalism is the key to building the foundation toward a centralized form of world Government. Yet it is globalism that he has devoted significant time to, and politically mastered that has made President Obama willing to go the distance in solving the world’s problems by giving the leaders of the world its only solution, a one world Government.

Globalism has been around for decades, even centuries, yet never until now was it even considered a remote possibility. Communism in the east and Russian fronts in the past made Globalism a dream that only futurists could perceive, but never realized. But fast forward to the 21st century and one can see that for the first time in world history, globalism has become the single most talked about event since man walked on the moon. Yet events, as well as patience had to work itself out. The fall of the Soviet Union, the fading of Communist China as a nation, only to be radically changed from the inside thru the reformation, have all but broken the barriers needed to bring the world closer to a one world system. Yet there are significant obstacles which stand in the way, and one of those obstacles happens to be a religion called Islam.

There is no question that right now across the world, Islam is on the minds of every nation on earth, and how to deal with Islam in this 21st century has become the sore spot of many a political maneuver. So how does Islam, with nearly 2 billion devotees to this sect become mingled under the umbrella of Globalist idealism, which goes strictly against the tenants of the teachings of Islam? Bring in one Barack Obama.

Isn’t it interesting that the one person who grew up as a young boy in Indonesia, who has stated many times over of his love for the sound of the call to prayer, who respects and even supports Islam and its many followers, isn’t it interesting that it is Barack Obama, the Globalist, who is the very one that is bridging the gap between the Muslim world and the modernized world? If there was ever a significant sign that someone has been called, even anointed to play a major part in the socialized order of the world, it is in fact Barack Obama.

This is why it is my opinion that President Obama was in fact selected, either through the channels of the most powerful elite, or he was by-passed altogether at the start by Satan himself, for whatever reason in Barack’s own personal life, and established to run this course to begin laying the foundations of the world for a coming world order. And he is succeeding.

I firmly believe that Barack was indeed called and chosen to set the world on the path toward a future one world Government. His past eight years as President have shown that his #1 agenda has always been (besides gay rights initiatives which take a close second) to bring about a globalization of all the world’s resources, which include its economic policies, its social welfare, and even religion – especially religion. And while I make no pretense to suggest that President Obama is the antichrist – he isn’t. I do believe, due to many attributes surrounding him, that Satan has, for whatever purpose and plan, chose this man to do what no other man (or woman) could do right now, successfully demonstrate that Globalism should not be rebuffed, but embraced, and the world is actually listening.

The truth is when we look at the character of President Obama – the man, he is a likeable person, people just simply like him. They find him charismatic, enjoyable and even intellectually sound, but the reality is, people like Barack Obama because he has a spirit of one who knows how to entice those who come into his presence. This is a significant trait of someone who could be used by God, or by Satan, and we can see, thru his own efforts, that God is not leading this man, but Satan is. Which is why I firmly believe President Obama knows exactly what he’s doing and why, because of the spirit that is leading him.

Still, when we examine him and his ideas, we see that in another time or another place, Barack Obama would never have gotten this far had it not been for a point in times past that Satan skillfully began the process of grooming this particular man for service, whether he was a willing participant or not is unknown, however, there is no question that by Barack’s own admission in his own writing, his very words suggest that Satan did in fact come to him, he did in fact tell him that it “was time”, and that somehow, in some political miracle, he overcame obstacles that seasoned Politicians could not overcome, yet he did, without any shot being fired, and without any major backers in Washington, Barack Obama did the impossible, and to that we need to consider the real possibility that he does in fact represent a terrible glimpse of what is coming – the leader of the entire world called antichrist.

“This will keep America on its toes. America is going to have to compete. There is going to be a tug-of-war within the US between those who see globalization as a threat and those who accept we live in a open integrated world, which has challenges and opportunities.” –President Barack Obama

THE LAST DAYS - PART 1

“And this gospel of the kingdom shall be preached in all the world for a witness unto all nations; and then shall the end come.” (Matthew 24:14) [emphasis mine]

I believe in what Jesus referred to what is coming in the future as the end times, better known today as the “last days”, a time when God shall shake the world and reveal his judgment upon all who rejected his son, while Satan attempts to plague the earth one last time in his attempt to rule all men by his offspring – the antichrist. Yet the question continues to remain upon the heart and mind of believers for centuries, who is actually the generation which will see all these things take place? That is what has continued to cause problems with so many within the modern church, as well as cause divisions among God’s people, not to mention the many teachings and beliefs the end times have birthed. So whose right? Whose wrong? And what should be our focus if we are not in that period of time where all these things come to fulfillment?

There is no doubt that the #1 question which has caused many an argument within the body of Christ is, when is Jesus coming back? The #2 question that equally can cause the ruin of any good Sunday afternoon church dinner is, will the church go through the Tribulation? Nothing, be it water baptism, speaking in tongues, church attendance, or the occasional argument about drinking a glass of wine for dinner, can cause more heated exchange of words than the rapture of the church, and/or if someone is pre, mid or post tribulation. The truth is, I believe we’ve allowed past theologians who had a eschatology world view based on private interpretation to guide the mainline church, and thus rejecting the scriptures itself. In other words, man’s wisdom and intellect has been sought over the literal scriptures itself.

When we read the commentaries of well known bible teachers, tv preachers and pastoral personalities, we’ve simply allowed personality and charisma to guide our way of thinking, and instead of trusting in the word itself for truth, when over and over again, the written word of God, without the need for commentaries, should have been our guide post when it comes to the subject of the last days. Yet today, all it takes to sway a believer toward another point of view, especially when it comes to eschatology, is something either new, different, extreme, or traditional that is comforting. Such is why, when we see the world today as it is, compared to what has been written by numerous religious leaders, past and present, we need to take into account one simple question; Is it time we rethink the Last Days?

Many years ago, when I was around 13 years old, I read a book by the late Dr. Lester Sumrall, it was suggesting that by the end of 1989 (it was 1980 at this time) there would be significant reason to believe that either the rapture would occur, or, the antichrist would occur, or, World War 3 would occur. 1989 came…and went, and while I admire and greatly respect all of the work Dr. Sumrall had accomplished in his life and ministry, still, he was wrong on many things as it related to the end times and these last days. But such can be said of many a preacher, known or relatively unknown, who had wrote a book, seen a vision, dreamed a dream, yet nothing to what they suggested had, or has yet come to pass. Such is the continuing state of the modern church when predicting the future. This is why the word of God must be the final authority on all things, and every other idea, belief, vision or dream must bow to the final written word.

The truth of the matter is this, the world currently as we see it, does not yet resemble the days that neither Jesus, nor Paul, or even Peter forewarned about. Hal Lindsey’s book, “The Late, Great Planet Earth” published in 1970, had Christians alarmed, bewildered and in a religious panic at what they thought of Hal’s notion that the “end” was near, that was over 40 years ago, and still, to this day, nothing as its related to prophecy, or what was reported in Lindsey’s book has even remotely come to pass. The concept, like so many others before Hal, is centered on Israel and 1948. Yet since that time when Israel became recognized as a nation, has anything relative concerning biblical prophecy has occurred. That’s not to suggest they won’t, I believe they will, but I do not share in the belief that this current generation is the one who will see it.

The many failed prophecies, be it the Blood Moons of John Hagee, the Shemitah from Jonathan Cahn, the daily “prophetic” warnings by Jim Bakker and Rick Joyner (which never comes to pass), all of these extra-biblical revelations being propagated by the current mix of end time Pentecostal/Charismatic preachers, have become such a confusing issue, it makes one reconsider just what is relevant to the end times discussion, and what is simply fodder? The real problem is, that, while well meaning these men might be, the facts remain that none of their end times visions, dreams, words, books, DVD’s and prophecy conferences, have revealed anything to even remotely suggest that we are truly in the time which Jesus warned about, worse, as of the time of this writing (2016) there is not one major end time prophecy found in the word which shows that we are even near that point in time yet. Still, ask any Christian if they think the antichrist is about to arrive on the scene, or the rapture could happen at any moment, and you’ll quickly see that they think it’s all about to end by lunchtime. That is the real problem, scriptural illiteracy among the body of Christ.

Jesus gave us one major hint, actually, a much deeper understanding of the end times, and it’s found in his own words in Matthew 24:14, “And this gospel of the Kingdom shall be preached in all the world for a witness unto all nations; and then shall the end come.” The truth of the matter is this, as of this date (2016) nearly 4 billion people have yet to hear the gospel for the first time. China, which holds the world’s largest population (1.374 billion) 82% have never heard the gospel. Saudi Arabia, Iran, Iraq, Syria, Burma, and many other nations, including Islamic nations, have yet to either open their doors to evangelism, or they have altogether banned the gospel from being mentioned. North Korea one will get the death sentence for even owning a bible, and by large accounts, the Christians in this part of the Asian world has been all but reduced to a small few thousand. The point is, the world is still not yet positioned for the events yet to be fulfilled, and to be quite honest, nor is the church ready for it either.

Yes, there are indeed tremblings occurring that we can see happening in our world, but can we say without a doubt that we are about to witness the greatest wave of end time prophecy the world, or the church has planned on seeing? I don’t believe we are. Not at this time. Jesus referred to the world resembling much like the days of Noah when he returns, yet the world now does not resemble that time, and what was occurring during that period of time? Genesis 6:1-4 makes it clear what in fact was happening, fallen angels were mingling with humanity, causing wickedness to swarm the earth. The planet, as well as the entire human race was becoming a direct reflection of the darkness Satan was offering, yet only Noah was found righteous. Yet many believe we are seeing those times today, but that would be a misguided, not to mention misapplied theological jump when it comes to scripture. The fact is, currently the church has hindered that point in time – so far. But things are progressing toward that day which is indeed coming.

So many things, so many ideas floating out in the open, but the fact remains that as of current time and date, we are no where near the time of the actual “end”, and yet Jesus gives us still a clue, and so does Paul, of what to look for when that time does arrive; the gospel is preached across the entire world (currently it’s not), Israel has no new temple, nor is it divided. There is no great, or grand deception occurring in the world (yet). Nor has the antichrist, nor even a false prophet (not the Pope) has even remotely made an entrance. So when we take into account all these things, the question needs to be asked once again; Is it time we rethink the last days?

I believe so. But then again, I could be wrong….

calvin and hobbes

“So do not listen to the words of the prophets who speak to you, saying, ‘You will not serve the king of Babylon,’ for they prophesy a lie to you; 15for I have not sent them,” declares the LORD, “but they prophesy falsely in My name, in order that I may drive you out and that you may perish, you and the prophets who prophesy to you.” (Jeremiah 27:14-15)

I believe in prophecy. I believe in the prophetic gifting. I also believe in the office or role of the prophet in the new covenant. Yet I do not believe in what’s being passed off today as having anything to do with the true mark of those who truly walk in the gifting and calling of “prophet”.

I believe there has been a literal hi-jacking of the gift of prophecy by Satanic forces within the church to not only discredit the office and ministry of the prophetic movement, but also to produce a counterfeit that is so cleverly developed, that it is deceiving many to its seductive charm. The result? Thousands of believers are becoming hindered, harmed and destroyed spiritually by false prophets and their malicious ways. Yet the problem does not lie significantly with those who are actively deceiving the body, but I believe it’s due to two things, #1. a weak pulpit, and #2. gullible Christians. Yet the results are the same, believers getting conned by fast talking “prophets” by false words that never come to pass, and their bank accounts being emptied, all in the name of “the prophetic”. It’s not like you were not told of this though, Peter said it himself in 2 Peter 2:3 “And in their greed they will exploit you with false words. Their condemnation from long ago is not idle, and their destruction is not asleep.” Even Peter knew this day would eventually come.

Everyone wants a word.

I heard and seen that all the time in my ministry back in the States, where people ran from one prophetic ministry to another, hoping to receive a “word” from the prophet who claimed that he (or she) had heard from God, but it was vague, confusing and so complex in understanding it, that it would take a theology book of Greek and Hebrew to figure it out. Yet the people were told to just trust the man of God and believe what was given to them without question, because they could never question the words of a prophet, regardless who it was. The people would then return home, once again flustered because they truly never received anything relevant from the Lord, it was all professionally created by a person whose intention was never to truly minister to the believer, but to gain something from them – power, as well as their money. That’s what it is all about in the end with this current “prophetic movement” – power and money. And God has warned and warned about this to his people not to venture into these areas simply because they would be harmed.

Today, one can travel and sit in any one of the current players in the prophetic movement and hear all sorts of crazy talk, all in the name of “prophecy”, but does it line up with the word? The fact is, if a man or woman who claims to walk in the role of a prophet as outlined in Ephesians 4:11, then their words should not be the criteria by which we judge them as genuine, no, the true test of a genuine prophet is not by how accurate they are, but where are they pointing people to? Is it to self? Or is it to the cross? Is it to call men to repent? Or is it to call men to get their blessing? Are their words flavored and coated with comfort, ease and financial reward? Or are they leveled to bring the believer into holiness before a righteous God?

Please understand, God does bless his people, I believe that. God does desire his children to walk in prosperity. I believe that as well. But not at the expense of the cross. Whenever the gift is manipulated to create within the believer a false way which leads the person to cast away the demands of Christ and his call to live right, act right and be right, then something is wrong with that prophet. I don’t care who it is, if the prophet is focused on money, prosperity, getting something from giving something, then that person has traded in their calling and gifting and has sold their soul for lucre.

Even now, a current prophet on the Christian scene was called into question when his prophetic words were exactly of those of a psychic – word for word. The result? Many have called this young man into question and once again, the church is finding itself having to deal with what’s been happening for years, false prophets masquerading as true, gifted servants of God, who were caught stealing from the hearts and wallets of the people. But will it change? Probably not. The truth is, most pastors (due to religious affiliation) have become tied down to Denominational or religious bureaucracy, whereby they are forced to remain silent while these players are given access to their congregation all because of fame due to either Christian television, which has garnered them fame and celebrity status within the modern church, or the powers that be within the religious hierarchy. Why? Because it’s about the money! Follow the money trail and you’ll find your answers.

Until the church wakes up from its spiritual drunkenness and actually starts to do something without fear of religious pushback from the church establishment, then it will continue to be business as usual. The prophets will continue to sweep into city after city, town after town, church after church, deceiving and being deceived all for the love of money, and the people will continue to ask why are things not changing in their lives? The answer is simple, until the people get tired of the false, God will continue to allow them to have it their way until they repent and come back to the cross. Then they will see the error of their ways, and actually begin to see the truth for what it really is – demonic.

God has genuine prophets today, and they are not far from being seen or even sought, the problem? They have become ostracized by the mainline church because the mainline church doesn’t want to hear what they have to say, simply because they have a genuine word from God, but it will demand obedience, a denial of self, nor will it promise wealth, or a new car. But it will call the believer back to the only true source for hope – the cross. Until the church wakes from its love for foolishness of being manipulated, the false prophets, modern psychics and fortune cookies that are being stated as prophecy, or “words”, will continue to run rampant in the modern church, and lead even more believers down a slippery slope where the end game is their spiritual ruin, and their money gone from them. That’s not the way of Christ, but the way of Satan. Snap out of it.

false-prophets

The prophet is a fool;…” (Hosea 9:7)

And the angel of the LORD said to Balaam, “Go with the men, but speak only the word that I tell you.” So Balaam went on with the princes of Balak.” (Numbers 22:35)

There is a plague sweeping the Charismatic/Pentecostal church today and it’s growing in record number, seducing and capturing the hearts and bank accounts of believers and leaving in its wake a path of destruction that only Satan could manufacture. The plague? Lying prophets.

The other evening God gave me a dream in which I stood on a dirt road that separated two fields which were heavy grown with wheat. I stood at the top of a hill as it sloped downward between both fields, when the image of a young man appeared before me. This young man has become a popular figure on Christian television and its subsequent ministries, namely the Benny Hinn program as well as Daystar television. This young man, whom is rising among the Charismatic/Pentecostal church world, is considered the current flavor-of-the-month with many a popular ministry for his status of “prophet” who is said to be able to provide secret information such as being able to tell someone out of the crowd their phone number, home address and/or bank account information. He is considered the religious elites prophet of the hour, yet what the Lord showed me about this young man (as well as about so many others who garner the title of prophet) is that he is nothing more than a sideshow attraction to an already over gluttoned display of Charismatic foolishness that is robbing the people not only of their spiritual soul, but robbing them of their hard earned cash as well.

But let me go back to the dream; In this dream that God began to reveal some things to me about this young man was that he had traded his gift and calling for gold, forsaking the harvest of souls he could have reached and/or won for the kingdom for Christ. Yet, like so many before him, he has chosen, like Balaam, to sell his talents for the highest bidding. Yet what we are seeing more and more in this late hour of these last days are more men and women who were once called of God who are now selling out for the almighty dollar. Such is the path of many within the church right now who are being exploited by lying prophets who have traded in their gifts for money.

When Balak ordered Balaam to curse Israel, Balaam could not do it for he knew that God would not allow him to curse God’s people, but unfortunately Balaam had already knew his price and eventually sold his gift and calling as God’s prophet and died along with the enemy of Israel, all because Balaam had purpose in his heart the desire for financial gain instead of God’s blessing. We are seeing the same today with many who claim to speak for God but in truth they are enemies of the cross simply because they have sold to the flesh the desire for financial gain their spiritual gifts.

Friend, let me tell you something that you need to understand, and it is this, if a prophet comes to you and seeks to give you a word from the Lord, or tells you to do something in return for that word from God and it always has money attached to it, that man or woman is a false prophet and you need to stay away from that individual! Peter warned about this in 2 Peter 2:3 “In their greed they will make up clever lies to get hold of your money. But God condemned them long ago, and their destruction will not be delayed.”

The church is flooded with the spirit of Balaam, whereby lying prophets are robbing the people blind and what’s worse, either the pastors are apart of the problem or they have absolutely no discernment whatsoever to be able to tell when a person is a genuine servant of God gifted in the calling of a prophet or not. The fact is, people are easily snared by the lies of these soothsayers for gain because the people want it so. They want the nice words of comfort, even though God would desire them to repent and walk a path of righteousness, the people are growing less desirable for God’s word and more desirable of the false words of these lying prophets – and they’ll pay dearly for it.

I’ve seen these men come in surrounded by their own entourage like some Hollywood celebrity, razzle and dazzle the crowd with gimmicks which are nothing short of a combination of divination and lucky guess work which is mastered by the one able to read someone they are “prophesying” to, and then add to their prophetic word a demand for a seed offering which will somehow make that spoken prophecy able to come to pass but only if that person has the right amount of money or who is willing to risk losing God’s financial favor and even go into debt to bring it to pass. Friend, this is the spirit of Balaam at work in the church today and we see it all around us.

But let me warn those fools who think they can get away from stealing from God’s people, and it’s found in Galatians 6:7 “Do not be deceived: God is not mocked, for whatever one sows, that will he also reap.” I assure you that God has not turned a blind eye to what is happening in the modern church today, he is all too aware of it and soon he will judge those who have went the way of Balaam. It is only because of his love for them and a desire that they repent that many are not dead today. But I fear that is what is coming.

Do I believe in the prophetic calling? Absolutely. But I do not believe in what is being passed off today within the modern Charismatic church as anything Godly, but a counterfeit which is all about money. Again, God does not require a “pay for prayers answered” type of gospel. He seeks one thing and one thing only – faith. Simply believe and nothing more. But if a man or woman who claims to speak for God, regardless if they can tell you anything of a private nature, requires a financial payment for their prophetic words, that man or woman is a wolf and they need to be held accountable.

The church is under attack by wolves who come in every size and shape today, and we can only win this battle when we preach the gospel according to the truth, and that truth will always be found in the cross. Flee anything which seeks to demonstrate God’s gifts and talents or calling for money, for they who come in such a way are coming to you under anothe spirit and that spirit will destroy them eventually as it did Balaam. Beware.
