digital-currency
I tend to read quite a great deal of information pretty regularly, especially when it comes to politics, social issues, science, world affairs, and economic news. It’s a personal interest of mine to keep pace to what’s happening in our world and how (or if) it relates to some degree to the Bible and prophecy. That being said, today news came out that Mark Cuban has invested a significant amount of money into cryptocurrency through a new venture company called 1confirmation. Cuban will then raise over $20 million in more investments, and already, over 1 billion in capital investments have been raised for digital currency. This is very significant and let me explain why.
For those who are not familiar with what cryptocurrency is, it is digital currency, like bitcoin, that is set up as assets. One where wealth can be accrued, instantly transferred, and properly stored by anybody. It would provide an incentive to cultivate the more positive aspects of humanity. The idea, which is only now to really begin to take off globally, is to create a currency made up of digital algorithms that can be backed by something, versus fiat money which, unlike the dollar (fiat) was once backed by gold until 1970-73′.
The thing about cryptocurrencies is, ALL transactions are transparent AND stored indefinitely on a ledger that can be accessed by anyone, at any time. This is something that the tech industry has been wanting to do for a long time, create something digital which would eventually replace currency that we have today, thereby making things easier to trace, easier to transact, and thus, making life more simpler in the future. Even when it comes to corruption, digital currencies would make it harder to support behavior which is illegal. Prostitution? no cash, no act no worries, why? Digital currency would be traceable. Drug dealing? Forget about it. Again, traceable algorithms would make criminal activity mute at this point. Going cashless would potentially eliminate the possibility of corruption in all sectors of society.
The problem? Personal behavior in a free society would be greatly controlled, monitored and ultimately investigated to see if it meets the criteria of what would be approved or not approved. This presents a significant issue when we talk about beliefs and supporting those beliefs. Case in point, the recent actions by Paypal, who shut down numerous hate groups from raising money online. Not to mention Facebook, Google and other online resources that deemed such groups as incorrect (and they would be right). However, when a segment of a high-tech Corporation has the power to restrict or even silence speech, and thus even control how they raise or spend money online, then it sets a precedent that we cannot ignore. This is the problem of what I see coming as it relates to digital currency, personal (if not national) sovereignty.
I believe that the push toward digital currency is in fact the trigger that will bring about a global world economic system. Furthermore, I believe that cryptocurrency is in fact the sign or “a” sign that we are laying the foundation toward a cashless society. Again, pay attention to what men with money and power are doing as it relates to what is coming and how it will affect you or I in the future? People like Mark Cuban (among others) are not investing combined billions into a crap shoot to lose what they hope to gain, which is even more wealth, they know the field they are in, they see the signs of what’s coming and they are investing their fortunes into what I believe is the final step toward killing paper currency altogether, and make no mistake, this is in fact a war not just upon paper money, but personal sovereignty as well.
The word says in Revelation 13:16-17 “Also it causes all, both small and great, both rich and poor, both free and slave, to be marked on the right hand or the forehead, so that no one can buy or sell unless he has the mark, that is, the name of the beast or the number of its name.”   So while digital currency is still in the near distant future, all of this speaks volumes as to where we are headed as a global society, and why, eventually, it will affect all of us, especially within the church. For just as those who use digital means to preach hate can be singled out, so can those who support the gospel. All of this should remind us that the world is getting smaller, knowledge is becoming more powerful and while we should not shun science and technology, it will in fact be that same technology to some degree that will usher the world into a time where all of our actions, behaviors and beliefs, including how we spend money, will be regulated. Again, because the bible already foretold of its arrival. And by this latest announcement, it’s already here.

president-donald-trump

The nation, the elites, the entire world is in shock. On November 8th, America did something that has not been seen since possibly the election of Ronald Reagan to the White House, and that was the astounding election of Donald Trump. There is no question that a resounding voice of anger was released by millions of disgruntled voters over the past several years, even giving a platform to someone who might not have ever run for office had there not been such an overwhelming sentiment as there was throughout the nation. It was our own “Brexit” moment.

But I’m not going to get into the political analysis of the election and why Trump won, no, that’s actually for those who do that for a living. I on the other hand will venture into something much more important rather than why Trump won, instead, why the church has become now part of the political process, and its attempt to make America great again by transforming it into some sort of modern day Israel – for the church.

For the past several days upon the news President-elect Trump won the nomination (electoral vote and not the popular vote), I wondered why? Why would someone who had no political experience, no foreign understanding on world issues, whose own ideas about the rest of the world and how it should work, how could he become the President elect? Then I began to realize that it wasn’t simply about Mr. Trump, or his personality, his charisma, his celebrity-ism or his wealth as a successful businessman, it was something more that had nothing to do with Mr. Trump, and everything to do with the sentiment of the people. In simple terms, Mr. Trump, who is keenly aware of social trends, realized that the only way he could actually win is to tap into what was already brooding – public frustration and anger. It was in fact anger that led to the rise of Donald Trump. And it was that same emotion that Mr. Trump fed into which would bring him to the path to which he now rests – the White House.

Yet, where was the church in this movement? Where was the Christians during this particular election cycle? They were waiting for someone who would give them the promise that they had been waiting for since the former days of Ronald Reagan, they were awaiting for their political Messiah, and the moment that he (Trump) had announced his intention to step into the political fray to become the next President of the United States, they found him. They found “The One”.

While I will not go into character issues about Mr. Trump, instead, I want to focus on the more dire issues concerning this election, and that is why the church has become so politicized in these last days?

To say that I have been grieved in my spirit over this current election season goes beyond the term grieved, I am mortified by how that many within the body of Christ has become so vocal, oppressive, even threatening to anyone who would voice their concerns over their particular candidate, or worse, disagreed with their choice for President. From Kenneth Copeland threatening anyone who would not vote for Trump by suggesting that they would answer to God at the judgment, to other well known Charismatic, Evangelical and Pentecostal leaders who even dared to suggest that if one did not vote for Trump, they would actually lose their salvation!

It not only startles me as a fellow Christian that so many within the church would even support someone like Mr. Trump, but to dare suggest that those who didn’t should be held accountable for all the evils in the world should Trump not win? Even going to such lengths as to harass believers into voting for Trump or they should find another church to attend? Yes friends, this is all well documented, it happened. Yet even more, the church said a hearty AMEN in response. It was truly a ‘take Trump or else’ movement that mirrored the early mafia/union days of the early 30’s to anyone who dared voted against Unions in America. Yet throughout the church world, Christian leaders, prophets, pastors and such were all committed to Trump, for many it was not even an option, for Trump was, as so many called him, “God’s Candidate”. The reality was, and remains – he’s not.

I believe that what we saw on November 8th was nothing short of a church which has sunk to its lowest level since I can even remember. I saw a church divided, (and divided still) anger, bitter, displaying not the love of Christ for anyone who was not like minded, but one which took aim at any one and any thing which would jeopardize their vision of America at restoring the nation back to some sort of mythical city where God could reign – literally. And they had their prophets as well proclaiming such. From the NAR, the Dominionist’s, the Charismatic sects as well as many fundamentalists, all declaring that God said this was the man whom would restore America to its heyday. The only problem is, what period of time are we going to go back to? To the 1950’s version of America where blacks had little say in matters of culture? Or the 1900s where women had no right to vote? Are we going to now dictate what kind of religion can worship freely in America? The Muslim? The Jew? Are they allowed to stay? The truth is, the America so many of these who have aligned with Mr. Trump’s vision of America have failed to realize is, that America has changed since the 50s. No longer is this the all American, Christian America that so many have become enamored with from the portraits of Norman Rockwell. This America is more diverse today than ever before. In other words, the days of old are past.

The truth is, the church was wrong with its direction for the past year and half, and whatever testimony they had with the world, was all lost the moment Trump won the Oval office. Throw dirt in the air all you want, the fact remains, the one true virtue of the church was the standard by which it held, which meant it did not get involved in the political affairs of a nation, instead, it stood separate as a reminder of what true standards and character meant. Yet we threw that away the moment the church aligned itself with Mr. Trump, whose own character did not align itself to the virtues of one who claims to walk with Christ.

So I sought the Lord, I prayed about what took place two nights ago, and finally the Lord led me to the word – his word, for an answer. It was found in Ezekiel 12:9-12. “Son of man, has not the house of Israel, the rebellious house, said to you, ‘What are you doing?’ Say to them, ‘This is what the Sovereign LORD says: These actions contain a message for King Zedekiah in Jerusalem and for all the people of Israel.’ Explain that your actions are a sign to show what will soon happen to them, for they will be driven into exile as captives. “Even Zedekiah will leave Jerusalem at night through a hole in the wall, taking only what he can carry with him. He will cover his face, and his eyes will not see the land he is leaving.

What I feel the Lord leading me to say is this, #1, the church has committed idolatry by erecting a man as their savior, their hope for a nation for they have in turn placed America above God. They have committed idolatry because their love for Patriotism and the flag and the Constitution rises above their love for God and his word. They want something that they cannot have, to which God is attempting to change, but they are fighting it tooth and nail, and they will lose.

#2, Trump was a stopgap in God’s prophetic timetable. Meaning, he is only President for a brief moment.

#3, The nation will never become a place for the church to hide in, nor will Trump’s election resolve anything, it will only get worse as we get further into things in this world. There is clearly a massive deception taking place surrounding Trump, and it’s one that Satan has created to lure the church once again into a false hope.

#4 There will be a woman President. Several years ago I heard the Lord speak to me to say that “She will lead them to war”, and at that particular time, I believed the only logical conclusion to that word would in fact be Hillary Clinton simply because she was the only logical selection as no other would do so (at that time). However, even though I know God spoke to me, I know God revealed to me what would eventually come, it was simply not her who would step inside the Oval Office. The prophecy is accurate yet the details were wrong. Which brings me to my warning that we must always be patient when God speaks. When Agabus spoke of a coming famine (Acts 11:28), it took ten years from the moment he spoke it to it coming to pass. We must learn to unlearn religious traditions that we have embraced, and learn to trust God at his very word, like Abraham, Moses, Paul and Daniel.  Yet I believe that whomever the next President will be, I believe we will see a woman step into the White House, and that will bring us to some sort of significant conclusion to America.

#5 I believe the reason why God led me to Ezekiel 12:9-12 is simple, when we examine scripture, we see something very interesting the prophet was facing himself at that time. Ezekiel saw the Babylonian Empire coming, but Israel did not. They believed, by via false prophets, that Israel would be a great nation still, it would grow and offset the Babylonians. They even had a “King” named Zedekiah whom they believed would protect Israel. But God said something very significant about this man whom Israel declared a King – he wasn’t. God called him a Prince. If it’s to be noted, Zedekiah was not to rule as Davids predecessor, instead, Jehoiachin the last King God honored would rule, there would be no other. God would not honor this selection that the people desired. And Israel would go into captivity. Much the same when the people desired a King, God told the prophet Samuel to remind the people that he had indeed desired a King for them, a Godly man who would be after his own heart whose name was David. But the people would not wait, and instead, desired Saul, one who would be ruthless and eventually lose not only his kingdom, but see the ark carried off by the Philistines, dying by his own sword. Trump will not stop what is coming, for he is the peoples choice, he was not God’s choice.

Today, the modern church is exactly like Israel of old. It is amazing to see the resemblance of Israel to the modern church in the West. But by grace God protects his people. Yet I believe it sets an example of how that many would become deceived in the last days by such a great deception to which the world, and even the church, could not imagine. The one thing Trump mirrors for me as one looking outside the system, is how undiscerning the church is today, and how much it truly is captivated by this world. It wants the things of God and the world. Some would even suggest that I am unpatriotic, that I resent or dislike America. But they would be wrong. I have great respect to what America is, and more importantly, what it was. But something has obviously turned spiritually speaking in the nation, it is not what it once was.

So I leave this topic with a heaviness within my spirit, knowing that whatever is coming, God is giving the church, not America, time to set its affairs in order. Not to change America in the hopes of restoring it back to its former glory, but instead, the church coming back to the cross, the only means by which it can withstand the great deception that is about to cover this world, including America.

I stand by this prophetic word.

world church

In 2004 a Muslim militant killed over 300 children in Russia shocking the nation and revealing the true nature of Islam. In 2013, two Muslim men in Great Britain, killed a British soldier in the Woolwich attack, eventually being shot by police. 2014 China, Muslim militants killed over 29 people in Kunming, Yunnan province. The Muslim militants that survived not being shot by Chinese authorities were days later executed. December 2014, Sydney Australia saw 2 dead as well as the gunman, a militant Islamic cleric who declared “There is no god but Allah” before being shot to death by police. Now in Pakistan a school for children were attacked by militant Muslim soldiers, killing 132 children. All the attackers were equally shot and killed by the military responders.

Satan is a master deceiver, he’s been at this game of deceiving men long before Adam was created, it’s his ability to shroud his lies that makes him dangerous. The recent attacks by Islamic militants that the world is seeing is part of that greater deception that is coming. Satan knows the world he controls will not accept Islam as a global dominant religion, nor even an Islamic Antichrist – he knows that full well. Islam will never be trusted to dominate the world nor allowed to because of its sharia based ideology where human life is not valued, that women are considered product, where children can be raped or given into marriage. Satan understands that, and instead, he’s using Islam to 1. Exterminate these people and 2. To bring about his greater deception – World Order.

I know I’ve been hammering this lately, but it’s been on my spirit, and when God begins to deal with me in such a way, then it tells me I’m on the right track. I believe all of these tragic, deadly events are to do one thing, bring about a global effort to stamp out this rigid ideology of conquest by the sword in today’s 21st century. This is a red herring and while Satan is keeping the church occupied with “stuff” that truly doesn’t matter, we’re missing the bigger picture – a new global kingdom coming to rise. I believe a spirit of “peace” is about to come, but only after the world’s nations, including Russia, China and the U.S. as well as Israel, will end radical Islam as we know it, and out of the ashes will come a more tolerant Islam, reigned in by the Roman Catholic Church. With open visions of Mary being seen by Muslims worldwide, I believe a spirit of deception will eventually come to bring about religious peace, but it will be sent by the evil one – Satan himself. There has to be order in chaos to bring greater order. This, I believe will cause all men to finally speak the prophetic words of the apostle Paul, “While people are saying, “There is peace and security,” then sudden destruction will come upon them as labor pains come upon a pregnant woman, and they will not escape.” (1 Thessalonians 5:3)

In this subtle peace, it will give way to allowing Israel to finally become a producer of the world’s resources, from oil and gas to wheat, Israel stands to truly become a nation with much treasures, so much so that its enemies will desire what they have. Ezekiel 38 and 39 spells this out in the word. The rise of a “super church” will have major implications upon the religious system of the world. This super church will be more tolerant of evil, immoral beliefs and ideas that the Bible clearly rejects. From homosexuality to occultism, the super church will pave the way to a global ecumenical movement that has been in the works for decades, but only now are seemingly coming to pass.

This is the reason why spiritual leaders such as Kenneth Copeland, James Robison, Joel Osteen and especially Rick Warren are working double time to establish this ecumenical offering to the church today whereby the evangelical church will come into a spiritual oneness with the Roman Catholic church, it is out of this union, or religious establishment which will one day bring forth the man of sin – antichrist. We are just only now seeing these events truly begin to form.

Something the Lord revealed to me not long ago was that at some point in the near future, we will see a spiritual deception (or move) occur, the Lord spoke it in such a way that there will come a false spiritual move, a false Azusa street type of move of Satanic origin. I see a day coming where a revival of genuine occult activity will begin to divide the church to the point where there will be no grey area between what is right and what is wrong. This would seem to confer with scripture when the word says that men will call evil good and good evil, I believe that has more to do with spiritual gifts and not just doctrine. Where occultists, mediums masquerading as “prophets” will attempt to bring great deception with the power of Satan, yet the true church will stand opposed to the power of Satan, exposing it for all to see, there will be no question where one stands in the future.

With the recent signing between the Vatican, Muslims and Hindu’s over human rights, it sends a signal that something is brewing in the supernatural realm that our human eyes cannot see shaping before us, and with the recent remarks by Rick Warren within the past 2 weeks (at the time of this article) calling for the return of the evangelical church to once again embrace the Roman Catholic church, the foundation of this “super” church is nearing and is at the door. This can only cause us to know the times we are living in and realize that soon and very soon the second coming of Jesus Christ is nearing, and his delay is almost over.

“If a prophet or a dreamer of dreams arises among you and gives you a sign or a wonder, and the sign or wonder that he tells you comes to pass, and if he says, ‘Let us go after other gods,’ which you have not known, ‘and let us serve them, you shall not listen to the words of that prophet or that dreamer of dreams. For the LORD your God is testing you, to know whether you love the LORD your God with all your heart and with all your soul.” Deuteronomy 13:1-3

We are in the age of deception.

Nearly 2,000 years ago Jesus sat down with his disciples, they were eager to hear Jesus shed more light into their lives and were anxious for his truth, not to mention a few others, stragglers, who desired to hear him speak as well, stood nearby anxiously awaiting the Christ speak. Jesus began to speak, astounding the small gathered crowd with his insight into spiritual matters, when suddenly a disciple spoke up, interrupting the son of man with a question – “Tell us, when will these things be, and what will be the sign of your coming and of the end of the age?”

What followed was the most profound, prophetic glimpse into our future that is now only truly coming to pass. Within the past 14 years (2000-present) the church has seen a significant increase in many things relating to the end time prophecies Christ spoke in Matthew 24, from wars to earthquakes to famine to disease to violence, prophecy after prophecy are being fulfilled and its for one reason – we are nearing the end of the age.

Yet there are many more prophetic chapters that have yet to be revealed and fulfilled, the re-building of the temple, the arrival of a false prophet, a world currency, the establishment of a world Government and finally, a world dictator, but not just a dictator, but the dictator,  the man of sin – the Antichrist.

One of the most significant signs that reveal we are in the last days is found in both Jesus’ words as well as the apostle Paul, both gave us a clear sign of the future when they wrote of deception which would come on the land just prior to the arrival of the antichrist. Jesus said “Let no man deceive you”, Jesus emphasized three times not to be deceived. The apostle Paul stated it like this, “while evil people and impostors will go on from bad to worse, deceiving and being deceived.” (2 Timothy 3:13). It is clear that deception is the end game just before the arrival of the false prophet and ultimately the man of sin himself – the antichrist.

We can see this deception already sweeping across the world, including the church and it seems to only get worse as time goes by. From social issues that were once considered taboo, such as homosexuality and same sex marriage, to false religions becoming openly embraced to the extent that even Christians are beginning to sway to a more tolerable acceptance of false spirituality, even believers are succumbing (out of political correctness) to the spirit of antichrist.

Recently, Charismatic pastor Kenneth Copeland received a message from Pope Francis from Tony Palmer, (a former associate of Copeland who then became Catholic) and in that message, which came in the form of a video, Pope Francis called for unity between the two establishments, to which Copeland responded in full support. The barrier had been finally been broken. But why? Why would Kenneth Copeland, an evangelical pastor, whose theology is completely foreign to the false theology of the Catholic Church suddenly become a supporter of the Pope and his call for spiritual unity, even though scripture forbids such a union? (Ephesians 5:11, 2 Corinthians 6:14) The reason is Kenneth Copeland, like so many others, have become seduced by the spirit of the age.

The church itself has become inundated with so much false theology teaching that it’s becoming more and more tiresome to deal with, but if we are to scripturally maintain order in the body of Christ, we must, at all cost, examine everything which comes into the body and judge it by the word itself, not opinion, not by committee, but by the word. (1 John 4:1)

Recently the tension within the body of Christ came full circle when two popular film producers, Roma Downey and Mark Burnett, developed, produced and then released the film, Son of God, to fanfare within the body of Christ. The reception to the movie was greatly anticipated and ultimately well received, grossing nearly 30 million in its first weekend run. But was it genuine?

By the large mass of Christians who flocked to the movie, the overall opinion was – yes, they did believe the movie, even though the film itself departed scripture, even though the movie depicted a human, law violator, a sinner called Jesus. Yes, you read my words right, the movie depicted Jesus not fully God, who knew no sin, but a God who willfully violated the law. So why would the makers of this film do so? Because their heart is not truly in the cross, but far from it.

It must be understood by all that when someone has been influenced by certain teachings, they in turn will begin to influence others with their version of “truth”. If it’s left unchallenged, unfettered by pastors or believers, then those individuals will be free to reign and spread their false doctrine throughout the world. This is the spirit of antichrist.

We have often wondered how believers could be deceived, while many claim they could never become deceived. But Jesus warned us three times that a great deception would come upon the earth and that many would be deceived – even the very elect if it were possible (Matthew 24:24).

We live in a world where biblical illiteracy is at an all time high. Less than 30% of those who call themselves “Christians” read their Bibles. Even less find time to pray or even have a prayer life. Yet the church is full of believers swarming mystic churches where signs and wonders are running rampant, where self appointed prophets are deceiving multitudes with their false prophecies, teachers desiring to teach things they ought not, are filling stadiums at the same time lining their pockets of earnest believers of their hard earned income. Snake handlers are resurging within many churches, even a reality show recently depicted the life of snake handling in the rural Appalachia. Deception seems to be flooding the church world and by all accounts, it’s not stopping.

Make no mistake, there is a reason why the church is facing such deception, mainly due to its resistance to preaching against sin or topics which are deemed too unpopular, but the truth is, those who have been called by God have no choice or say in what they preach, they have a call from God, and that calling determines the message. The problem is, the message has been watered down so much that even when a sermon is given, the impact has very little significant results. This is because the heart of the people have been affected by the spirit of deception in this current age. When believers cannot tell they are being deceived, we are then ripe for the man of sins arrival, and if we read the book of Daniel as well as John’s Revelation, we clearly see this imposter can do many mighty things, from calling fire down from heaven, to raising the dead. He will be a performer of miracles, yet his tongue will speak great words, enticing the world, and even the church to his open display of Messiah type imagery. Yet how many believers will fall for his lie? The word says possibly many.

This is why it’s important to know the word, inside and out, to understand the times we are living in for I can assure you, based on the deception that is already apart of our culture today, if this is all it takes for Christians to be swayed, God help us when the true man of sin comes on the scene to deceive the entire world – and make no mistake, he is coming. Bet on it.
