“But even if we or an angel from heaven should preach to you a gospel contrary to the one we preached to you, let him be accursed.” Galatians 1:8

There is a solemn responsibility to those who are in ministry to tell the truth, even when the truth is not easy to accept, to negate such a responsible task to those in leadership and instead, refuse to speak the truth, either out of fear from public rebuke, or financial hardship denigrates the office of ministry, and thus, make that truth no longer of any value. Such is the case which is happening today within many ministries within the modern church. Men and women who are in leadership, are forsaking telling the truth in favor of their own version of truth, and ultimately a lie. In plain English, preachers are teaching anyone who will listen a bold face LIE!

What is this lie you ask?

It’s the lie that has many believing that things in this world are going to get better for not just America in general, but for the church as well. It’s the lie which says that the modern church, for all its faults and failures, will emerge in the last days as a conquering church, goosestepping across the world in an effort to redeem not only the sinner, but entire nations as well. It’s the lie that says the modern day church will invade every area of social service and political fray to establish its dominance within the world, thus turning sinful planet earth into a Christian planet. In simple terms, the earth is about to be taken over not by Islam, or aliens, but by the Christian church itself. It is the new crusade by which this new global agenda will dominate and conquer the world for Christ. It’s teaching is called the 7 Mountain Mandate (Theology), and it’s being taught by some pretty influential proponents, one of which is Dr. Lance Wallnau, the actual teacher and creator of this particular doctrine that has many, including those surrounding President Trump in allegiance to.

But is this new doctrine Biblical? The answer is no, it’s not.

Dr. Wallnau and his 7 mountain mandate is simply another twist on the long held doctrine called Dominionism. It’s the theology called “Kingdom Now” that says that in the end times, the church will actually control the world to prepare it for the second coming of Jesus Christ. What Dr. Wallnau is doing is broadening his scope to make this teaching more tolerable for people to understand, in essence, he is simply dumbing down Dominionist theology in such a way that it makes better since for the biblically illiterate to grasp and understand.

So what is the 7 Mountain Mandate?

7 Mountain Mandate simply says, that in order for the church to control the global society, it must take control over every aspect of that particular society and its culture, being 7 cultural mountains. They are; Family, Government, Business, Media, Arts and Entertainment, Education and the church itself. Those who control these cultural gates exercise the greatest influence over the culture and ultimately that society. This is, in a nutshell, the doctrine of Dr. Lance Wallnau and why many are beginning, and have already, been embracing like a strange, intoxicating drink, they (the church) are becoming drunk on this notion that says we shall eradicate evil and overthrow Satan’s kingdom of dominance.

But they are wrong. Tragically wrong.

Jesus made it very clear in John 18:36 “My kingdom is not of this world. If my kingdom were of this world, my servants would have been fighting, that I might not be delivered over to the Jews. But my kingdom is not from the world.” Are we (those who are born again into Christ his servants?

This teaching (7 mountain mandate) is a false teaching simply because it goes against scripture. Jesus gave us (the end time church) a clear picture of the end times just before he returns, and that picture is not one of hope, or victory, but instead, one of which would shake any believer in terrible fear, for he (Jesus) paints a very sobering portrait of what we will see, those who are alive during this particular time, of what the world will look like, as well as resemble, and it is found in Matthew chapter 24, as well as Luke 21:8-28. For your sake I encourage the reader to search those scriptures up and read them repeatedly.

Yet if we take the teachings of men like Dr. Wallnau as well as countless others who are teaching these erratic ideas to heart, then what we are doing is denying scripture itself. For what these teachers are literally doing is two-fold:

  1. They are denying scripture about the last days, which in turn conditions those who believe such to eventually become deceived when the final deception comes upon this world. (Jesus warned 3 times not to be deceived in the last days)
  2. They are both denying the warnings of the Lord, as well as the Apostle Paul, the words of Peter, and the visions of John and his Revelation.

It’s simply not to suggest that this 7 Mountain Mandate is simply false and is harmless, it goes beyond that, again, it denies scripture which is clearly outlined in the word itself. Paul the Apostle gave us very clear instructions when it comes to the last days, here is his words on the matter of what is coming:

  1. “Let no one deceive you in any way. For that day will not come, unless the rebellion comes first, and the man of lawlessness is revealed, the son of destruction,”                   (2 Thessalonians 2:3)
  2. “Now the Spirit expressly says that in later times some will depart from the faith by devoting themselves to deceitful spirits and teachings of demons,” (1 Timothy 4:1)

Do these two statements by Paul regarding the end times reflect the state of the modern church as a dominating church? Or a church which will be rocked by inward deception as well as battling forces from a dominant force (the coming antichrist) which will come against it?

Let us look at what John saw as it relates to the end times and the state of the modern church in those last days:

  1. “To the angel of the church in Laodicea write: These are the words of the Amen, the faithful and true Witness, the Originator of God’s creation. 15I know your deeds; you are neither cold nor hot. How I wish you were one or the other. 16So because you are lukewarm—neither hot nor cold—I am about to spit you out of My mouth! (Rev. 3:15-16)
  2. “Then one of the elders addressed me, saying, “Who are these, clothed in white robes, and from where have they come?” “I said to him, “Sir, you know.” And he said to me, “These are the ones coming out of the great tribulation. They have washed their robes and made them white in the blood of the Lamb.” (Revelation 7:13-14)
  3. “And it was given unto him (the beast) to make war with the Saints, and to overcome them: and power was given him over all kindreds, and tongues, and nations.” (Revelation 13:7)

These are just a few prophetic warnings of what is to come. The question remains, does this sound like the teachings of the 7 Mountain Mandate being successful? Or does this reveal a greater truth, that at some point a being shall rise out of the earth and take dominion over all living things, including nations? The answer is yes, and that being is the one which Jesus said is called an abomination, the man of sin – the antichrist.

There is no need to argue or debate this matter, nor is it a doctrinal dispute, this is simply scripture interpreting scripture, allowing the Bible to speak and not men. Ours is to preach the gospel, not to overtake this world. This is the problem, one which those who promote Dominion teachings do not understand, nor do they want to. Why? Because they love this world! They love everything about the world, because their heart is toward this world. But the word says “Do not love the world or the things in the world. If anyone loves the world, the love of the Father is not in him.” (1 John 2:15)

The world that John is referring to is the world system. It’s the same system to which Satan offered Jesus when he showed him all the kingdoms of the earth (Matthew 4:8-9). The truth remains, this world is not our home, nor should we look at it as our home, nor should we contend for it as such, because our home is an eternal one. But hear the word of Jesus on this matter of what our mandate truly is, and how things will come when that occurs; “And this gospel of the kingdom will be preached in all the world as a testimony to all nations, and then the end will come.” (Matthew 24:14)

Jesus himself is stating it very clear, so that all can understand, that the preaching of the gospel will happen across the world in such a way that every nation and its people will have access to knowing and receiving Jesus Christ, then shall the end come. The end Jesus refers to is the end times, whereby all things that must be fulfilled will be as it relates to the prophecies of Jesus, Paul, Peter, and John, not to mention the old testament prophets. Does this sound like heaven on earth to you? Does this sound like the church will usher in the kingdom? Does this sound like the church will dominate the world for Christ and establish a Christian global society?

Truth is important, without it all we have is opinion and opinions not based or rooted in truth will always turn into a lie every time, because that is the nature of deception, it takes a a little truth and twists it enough to convince people otherwise. That is the nature of Satan’s tactics in these last days, and why the 7 Mountain Mandate, as well as Dominionism is a false teaching, because it gives the church a false hope of what is coming – peace and safety, when the opposite of what’s coming is true – tribulation.

But even if we or an angel from heaven should preach to you a gospel contrary to the one we preached to you, let him be accursed.” Galatians 1:8

Not since the stunning election of Donald Trump, have we experienced such a surge of surprises within the church as we are when it comes to false teachings and its messengers. Particularly in the case of the teachings regarding Dominionism. Dominion Theology found its birth through the teachings of one R. J. Rushdoony in the mid 1960s. An advocate for Calvinist, Rushdoony was the originator of the belief that says nations, particularly the United States, should forsake the Constitution as its foundation for rule of law, and instead impose the law of Moses in its place. Rushdoony was strongly hostile to the concept of grace alone for salvation, nor was he in favor of Christianity operating outside the spectrum of the cross, instead, Rushdoony believed and taught that the only true method by which the church could influence society was in fact through the injection of Christian law, via the law of Moses, into the political structure of American Government, thereby giving the church full control over every area of influence to impose Christian beliefs and doctrine. Under Rushdoony’s particular theological beliefs, men would not have freewill to live any which way he desired, this included any beliefs which ran counter to strict Calvinist theology, nor would the church operate by the gifts of the Holy Spirit as the early church did in the book of Acts. Obviously this would cause significant issues with mainline Calvinist theology and Pentecostal beliefs, yet Rushdoony believed that the central doctrine which would govern men in America would be Theocracy and not Democracy.

There are many branches to Dominion Theology; Christian Reconstructionism, Kingdom Now Theology, New Apostolic Reformation (NAR), The Latter Rain Movement; Joel’s Army; The 7 Mountain Mandate; Third Wave Revivalism; are all rooted by one foundation – Dominion Theology. These teachings have one common theme, that the church will take dominion over the earth, over all Governments, over all aspects of society, and begin to wield its own version of heaven-on-earth Christianity. No greater area of concern as it relates to Dominion Theology is in the area of politics.

When Trump was introduced to the world as a possible, but unlikely candidate for the Presidency, many scoffed at the idea that said he even had a remote chance of becoming the next President of the United States of America. Yet there were a few men (and women) who were voicing a different tone about Trump, and surprisingly, they were coming from well known evangelical circles. Pat Robertson, Paula White, Kim Clement, Lance Wallnau, Jim Bakker, Rick Joyner, David Jeremiah, Dr. James Dobson, and many more Charismatic/Pentecostal and Calvinist leaders were quick to align themselves with Mr. Trump. But why? Why Trump and why now?

While I cannot say with full knowledge at why Trump was elected, I can suggest that based on everything to date that I have seen, heard and witnessed, there is something spiritual at work here, but to suggest that God is the author of it would be wrong on my part, more so, I believe this movement of Dominion Theology is by itself part of the greater plan by the enemy to prepare the world, as well as the church, to some degree, for what he is creating, his final kingdom.

Dominion Theology is error, scriptural error. It portrays something different than what Christ told us in scripture, for it portrays the hope of the church not in the cross and our savior, but instead, it portrays its hope in restoration of this earthly kingdom – now. This is completely against the word. Jesus said, “My kingdom is not of this world…”(John 18:36).

Dominion Theology as well removes awareness of the Lords return. It denies scripture as it regards the end times, twisting it to instead reject end times preparedness, and instead, embraces a more peace centered, revivalist themed worldview. This is one of the reasons why we hear so much about a massive end time revival, or a great harvest, or a great awakening, it’s all part of a spiritual deception to reject the word of God in favor of a more relevant, universal religion which incorporates those of other faiths coming together under one banner – unity. The Apostle Paul said otherwise; “But mark this: There will be terrible times in the last days.” (2 Timothy 3:1)

Let me even more clear so there is no confusion on what Dominion Theology really is when we strip away the facade and see it for what it truly is – Religious Globalism under the guise of the spirit of Antichrist. This religious establishment, the people behind Donald Trump, the visions, the dreams, the call for unity among other faiths, the bridge being built between Protestantism and Roman Catholicism are in fact being led by the spirit of Antichrist. The church in America, and it’s embracing of Nationalism, its worship of Patriotism at the altar of Dominionism, is itself idolatry, and one the church needs to repent of.

Our mandate is the same as when Christ ascended until He returns: The Great Commission (Mark 16:15) and disciple believers from all the nations (Matt. 28:19).  We are NOT to overthrow the governments of the world, take over businesses, or desire Christian world domination by taking over everything. Our desire is to influence society with the gospel, not become part of it. We are to be light and salt (Matt. 5:13-15), working until the Lord comes (1 John 2:28).  What we are seeing however is a movement which is causing a spell within the body of Christ, and those who are under that spell have become convinced that what they are doing will be better for the world as well as for the church, the problem is, they are following the spirit of this world, and he and he alone has a greater agenda, to bring them under rule, for his name is Satan, and his son shall be Antichrist.

president-donald-trump

The nation, the elites, the entire world is in shock. On November 8th, America did something that has not been seen since possibly the election of Ronald Reagan to the White House, and that was the astounding election of Donald Trump. There is no question that a resounding voice of anger was released by millions of disgruntled voters over the past several years, even giving a platform to someone who might not have ever run for office had there not been such an overwhelming sentiment as there was throughout the nation. It was our own “Brexit” moment.

But I’m not going to get into the political analysis of the election and why Trump won, no, that’s actually for those who do that for a living. I on the other hand will venture into something much more important rather than why Trump won, instead, why the church has become now part of the political process, and its attempt to make America great again by transforming it into some sort of modern day Israel – for the church.

For the past several days upon the news President-elect Trump won the nomination (electoral vote and not the popular vote), I wondered why? Why would someone who had no political experience, no foreign understanding on world issues, whose own ideas about the rest of the world and how it should work, how could he become the President elect? Then I began to realize that it wasn’t simply about Mr. Trump, or his personality, his charisma, his celebrity-ism or his wealth as a successful businessman, it was something more that had nothing to do with Mr. Trump, and everything to do with the sentiment of the people. In simple terms, Mr. Trump, who is keenly aware of social trends, realized that the only way he could actually win is to tap into what was already brooding – public frustration and anger. It was in fact anger that led to the rise of Donald Trump. And it was that same emotion that Mr. Trump fed into which would bring him to the path to which he now rests – the White House.

Yet, where was the church in this movement? Where was the Christians during this particular election cycle? They were waiting for someone who would give them the promise that they had been waiting for since the former days of Ronald Reagan, they were awaiting for their political Messiah, and the moment that he (Trump) had announced his intention to step into the political fray to become the next President of the United States, they found him. They found “The One”.

While I will not go into character issues about Mr. Trump, instead, I want to focus on the more dire issues concerning this election, and that is why the church has become so politicized in these last days?

To say that I have been grieved in my spirit over this current election season goes beyond the term grieved, I am mortified by how that many within the body of Christ has become so vocal, oppressive, even threatening to anyone who would voice their concerns over their particular candidate, or worse, disagreed with their choice for President. From Kenneth Copeland threatening anyone who would not vote for Trump by suggesting that they would answer to God at the judgment, to other well known Charismatic, Evangelical and Pentecostal leaders who even dared to suggest that if one did not vote for Trump, they would actually lose their salvation!

It not only startles me as a fellow Christian that so many within the church would even support someone like Mr. Trump, but to dare suggest that those who didn’t should be held accountable for all the evils in the world should Trump not win? Even going to such lengths as to harass believers into voting for Trump or they should find another church to attend? Yes friends, this is all well documented, it happened. Yet even more, the church said a hearty AMEN in response. It was truly a ‘take Trump or else’ movement that mirrored the early mafia/union days of the early 30’s to anyone who dared voted against Unions in America. Yet throughout the church world, Christian leaders, prophets, pastors and such were all committed to Trump, for many it was not even an option, for Trump was, as so many called him, “God’s Candidate”. The reality was, and remains – he’s not.

I believe that what we saw on November 8th was nothing short of a church which has sunk to its lowest level since I can even remember. I saw a church divided, (and divided still) anger, bitter, displaying not the love of Christ for anyone who was not like minded, but one which took aim at any one and any thing which would jeopardize their vision of America at restoring the nation back to some sort of mythical city where God could reign – literally. And they had their prophets as well proclaiming such. From the NAR, the Dominionist’s, the Charismatic sects as well as many fundamentalists, all declaring that God said this was the man whom would restore America to its heyday. The only problem is, what period of time are we going to go back to? To the 1950’s version of America where blacks had little say in matters of culture? Or the 1900s where women had no right to vote? Are we going to now dictate what kind of religion can worship freely in America? The Muslim? The Jew? Are they allowed to stay? The truth is, the America so many of these who have aligned with Mr. Trump’s vision of America have failed to realize is, that America has changed since the 50s. No longer is this the all American, Christian America that so many have become enamored with from the portraits of Norman Rockwell. This America is more diverse today than ever before. In other words, the days of old are past.

The truth is, the church was wrong with its direction for the past year and half, and whatever testimony they had with the world, was all lost the moment Trump won the Oval office. Throw dirt in the air all you want, the fact remains, the one true virtue of the church was the standard by which it held, which meant it did not get involved in the political affairs of a nation, instead, it stood separate as a reminder of what true standards and character meant. Yet we threw that away the moment the church aligned itself with Mr. Trump, whose own character did not align itself to the virtues of one who claims to walk with Christ.

So I sought the Lord, I prayed about what took place two nights ago, and finally the Lord led me to the word – his word, for an answer. It was found in Ezekiel 12:9-12. “Son of man, has not the house of Israel, the rebellious house, said to you, ‘What are you doing?’ Say to them, ‘This is what the Sovereign LORD says: These actions contain a message for King Zedekiah in Jerusalem and for all the people of Israel.’ Explain that your actions are a sign to show what will soon happen to them, for they will be driven into exile as captives. “Even Zedekiah will leave Jerusalem at night through a hole in the wall, taking only what he can carry with him. He will cover his face, and his eyes will not see the land he is leaving.

What I feel the Lord leading me to say is this, #1, the church has committed idolatry by erecting a man as their savior, their hope for a nation for they have in turn placed America above God. They have committed idolatry because their love for Patriotism and the flag and the Constitution rises above their love for God and his word. They want something that they cannot have, to which God is attempting to change, but they are fighting it tooth and nail, and they will lose.

#2, Trump was a stopgap in God’s prophetic timetable. Meaning, he is only President for a brief moment.

#3, The nation will never become a place for the church to hide in, nor will Trump’s election resolve anything, it will only get worse as we get further into things in this world. There is clearly a massive deception taking place surrounding Trump, and it’s one that Satan has created to lure the church once again into a false hope.

#4 There will be a woman President. Several years ago I heard the Lord speak to me to say that “She will lead them to war”, and at that particular time, I believed the only logical conclusion to that word would in fact be Hillary Clinton simply because she was the only logical selection as no other would do so (at that time). However, even though I know God spoke to me, I know God revealed to me what would eventually come, it was simply not her who would step inside the Oval Office. The prophecy is accurate yet the details were wrong. Which brings me to my warning that we must always be patient when God speaks. When Agabus spoke of a coming famine (Acts 11:28), it took ten years from the moment he spoke it to it coming to pass. We must learn to unlearn religious traditions that we have embraced, and learn to trust God at his very word, like Abraham, Moses, Paul and Daniel.  Yet I believe that whomever the next President will be, I believe we will see a woman step into the White House, and that will bring us to some sort of significant conclusion to America.

#5 I believe the reason why God led me to Ezekiel 12:9-12 is simple, when we examine scripture, we see something very interesting the prophet was facing himself at that time. Ezekiel saw the Babylonian Empire coming, but Israel did not. They believed, by via false prophets, that Israel would be a great nation still, it would grow and offset the Babylonians. They even had a “King” named Zedekiah whom they believed would protect Israel. But God said something very significant about this man whom Israel declared a King – he wasn’t. God called him a Prince. If it’s to be noted, Zedekiah was not to rule as Davids predecessor, instead, Jehoiachin the last King God honored would rule, there would be no other. God would not honor this selection that the people desired. And Israel would go into captivity. Much the same when the people desired a King, God told the prophet Samuel to remind the people that he had indeed desired a King for them, a Godly man who would be after his own heart whose name was David. But the people would not wait, and instead, desired Saul, one who would be ruthless and eventually lose not only his kingdom, but see the ark carried off by the Philistines, dying by his own sword. Trump will not stop what is coming, for he is the peoples choice, he was not God’s choice.

Today, the modern church is exactly like Israel of old. It is amazing to see the resemblance of Israel to the modern church in the West. But by grace God protects his people. Yet I believe it sets an example of how that many would become deceived in the last days by such a great deception to which the world, and even the church, could not imagine. The one thing Trump mirrors for me as one looking outside the system, is how undiscerning the church is today, and how much it truly is captivated by this world. It wants the things of God and the world. Some would even suggest that I am unpatriotic, that I resent or dislike America. But they would be wrong. I have great respect to what America is, and more importantly, what it was. But something has obviously turned spiritually speaking in the nation, it is not what it once was.

So I leave this topic with a heaviness within my spirit, knowing that whatever is coming, God is giving the church, not America, time to set its affairs in order. Not to change America in the hopes of restoring it back to its former glory, but instead, the church coming back to the cross, the only means by which it can withstand the great deception that is about to cover this world, including America.

I stand by this prophetic word.

election-winner

“Now the Spirit expressly says that in later times some will depart from the faith by devoting themselves to deceitful spirits and teachings of demons,” 1 Timothy 4:1

There is no question that this nation is more divided than ever before, and the church is equally as divided as well. It seems the spirit of the world has infiltrated the modern church, and worse, a spirit of deception unlike anything I’ve ever seen has seemingly made its way into the body of Christ, and what baffles me even more is that the church doesn’t even recognize it – or even cares to. What I’ve seen so far is a dramatic shift away from biblical standards when it comes to God’s ordained path to live, and instead, an embracing of anything for the sake of politics. It seems as though many within the church would throw away righteousness and truth for the sake of being politically correct. It seems that saving America is more important these days than keeping ourselves from the cares or affairs of this life. And the church wants it that way.

I have purposely avoided making any public comment about the current Presidential election, yet something in my spirit this morning is rising up, and it’s the spirit of the gift of discernment thru prophecy, and that is this, that I believe something is happening which should cause us more concern this election cycle rather than who wins the Presidency. Having said that, I have reason to worry over this particular election than the previous ones of the past, not because of whose running (that’s half of it) but because of whose supporting Donald Trump.

I will not go into further detail on this until after the election, which I will then share my thoughts. Yet I must speak something which happened over the summer of a specific dream I had and why I believe God has brought it back to my remembrance at this time. The dream is very simple and very troubling, for within the dream I was going to a political rally on the night of the election, upon arriving, the place was empty, the floor was filled with signs, posters confetti and balloons which littered the floor. I was speaking to someone on the phone during this time, which tells me I was speaking or receiving this message thru the Holy Spirit, as I sat down among the cluttering of post-election news and celebration. I could not see who won, for the face on the cards and posters, nor the name was revealed, so I don’t know if Trump or Clinton won (or lost), but I do know this, I was going to Trumps election night headquarters and as I sat in the quiet somber of what had occurred, something in my spirit laid heavy upon me, not because he had lost, but he had won! The dream ended.

I do not know what this, as well as the former dream of Trump [dream of Donald Trump]  means, only this, on November 8th, near midnight, the world will know the direction of the United States of America. Yet even I am more concerned with the direction of the church, for if the church can be hijacked by one candidate who has clearly shown a character of one who is not good, then it proves to me the powerful deception which will arrive in the future where Jesus said that even the very elect would be deceived.

“Thus says the LORD: “Learn not the way of the nations, nor be dismayed at the signs of the heavens because the nations are dismayed at them,” (Jeremiah 10:2)

How to be a Buddhist Christian.
There are attempts being made by some who have influence within the church to incorporate false beliefs such as Catholicism, Mormonism, even within the Charismatic camp, the word of faith movement is based on a false belief which says Jesus Christ had to be “born again” in hell. Which leads me to my opening sentence – “How to be a Buddhist Christian”. There are some who are now trying to incorporate Buddhism into mainstream Christianity and it’s becoming a major issue with those who see it for what it is – heresy, but even worse than that – demonic.
There is a subtly within false teaching that sometimes gets overlooked by many a faithful believer in Christ, this is usually due in part to either not faithfully testing out what is being taught against scripture, or the other due to accepting what’s being said at face value due to charismatic personality, or popularity. Either way, the outcome is always the same, people being deceived. Such is the case with breath prayers, which is apart of the contemplative prayer movement. So what is contemplative prayer?
Contemplative prayer defined:

Contemplative Prayer is a prayer of silence, an experience of God’s presence as the ground in which our being is rooted, the Source from whom our life emerges at every moment…. Contemplative Prayer is the opening of mind and heart – our whole being – to God, the Ultimate Mystery, beyond thoughts, words and emotions. We open our awareness to God whom we know by faith is within us, closer than breathing, closer than thinking, closer than choosing – closer than consciousness itself.

Contemplative prayer, in its simplest form, is prayer in which you still your thoughts and emotions and focus on God Himself. This puts you in a better state to be aware of God’s presence, and it makes you better able to hear God’s voice correcting, guiding, and directing you…. The fundamental idea is simply to enjoy the companionship of God, stilling your own thoughts so you can listen should God choose to speak. For this reason, contemplative prayer is sometimes referred to as ‘the prayer of silence.

Recently Rick Warren, pastor of Saddleback church, tweeted the following as it regards to ‘breath prayer’:

breath prayer
Why would Rick Warren, whose well known for his ecumenical stance to bridge both Catholicism and Islam into mainstream evangelical Christianity, why would he incorporate ‘breath prayers’ into his teachings? Because it’s all part of a greater deception to lure believers into mysticism, and worse, idolatry.
Living in China, I am surrounded by paganism. There is no part of China where one can go, visit, eat or shop that does not involve open paganism such as Buddhism. I have visited many a Buddhist temple since coming to China in early part of 2013, and I have become very familiar with its teachings, and one of its beliefs and/or behaviors is what is called ‘meditative centering’. This is a state where the Buddhist comes into the temple, sits in a 4 pattern position and begins to meditate and pray for open awareness, the idea is very simple, one gets into a level of deep consciousness where they become, eventually, aware of the spirit world, and ultimately become one, in mind, body and soul or spirit. Sound familiar? That’s what ‘breath prayers’ as well as contemplative prayers do, they get the believer to reach a higher level of consciousness, this, in their belief, allows them to commune with God. This is why it’s false, because it allows the mind to become open to the powers of the air (demons).
When Christians, even spirit filled Christians begin to dabble in mysticism and new age techniques, they are allowing the enemy full access to their spirit, soul and mind. This will always lead to deception and ultimately being deceived. Christian yoga, Contemplative prayer, Breath Prayers, these are all rooted in early paganism, such as Buddhism. So how does one become a Christian Buddhist and not know it? When they allow false teachings to invade their spirit to such a degree that they no longer realize, nor care they are truly being deceived. Such will always be the case when one turns from Christ to something else.

house of God

For it is time for judgment to begin at the household of God; and if it begins with us, what will be the outcome for those who do not obey the gospel of God? (1 Peter 4:17)

(A letter to the leaders of the body of Christ – and then a prophetic warning)

It’s been 24 hours now (at the time of this writing) since the landmark ruling came down from the U.S. Supreme Court which legalized same sex marriage, making it the law of the land, and yet I am stunned that we have drifted this far and this deep in not only perversion being accepted, but worse – ignored by most of the church. There have now been a total of four (4) Supreme Court rulings in this nation which has not only divided America, but also divided the church and they are:

1. Prayer removed from public schools (1962).

2. The Bible removed from public schools (1963).

3. Abortion became a legal right in the United States (1973).

4. Same sex marriage becomes the law of the land (2015).

In each of these court rulings the one common denominator which has connected them altogether was and is in fact the church itself remained silent. Some would accuse me of being too harsh, that the church as a whole has stood up to the progressive movement which has been swiftly been sweeping across the land since the late 60’s with the whole “sexual revolution” and into the beginning of the early 90’s when the liberal progressive movement started to take root into the heart of America. In each of these rulings, the church found itself dusting off the disbelief that these events not only took place, but questioned why they happened to begin with? The truth is, in each of these court rulings, it came about because the church refused to take part in the social movements of the times and in so doing, the church watched (almost apathetically at times) society give itself over to the spirit of lasciviousness as the culture drifted further and further away from the path which was laid before it. To say that nothing could have been done in each of these events is not simply disingenuous, but duplicitous as well. We, the body of Christ are to be blamed for what we are now seeing taking shape across this nation, much less the world, and we owe it all to the pulpits across America.

There was a time when the church prayed for America. From the early beginnings of this nation, to the start of the 20th century, saints prayed faithfully and often. In the efforts by the early saints God rewarded the early 20th century church with great moves of God, from Azusa street to the Appalachian revivals, God revealed and filled himself upon all those who diligently sought him and God blessed this nation. Yet as time progressed and society became more abundant with prosperous living, something began to happen to the early church, it began, not at once, but over time it found itself beginning to drift further and further away from the cross and by the time of the late 70’s, the church at that time was not the same as it was merely just 40 years previously.

Throughout the 1920s thru the 1960s, America as well as the church saw powerful moves of God. From the healing revivals of A.A. Allen to Oral Roberts and Jack Coe, to the prophetic tents of William Branham, the church was seeing great ministries and preachers such as Billy Sunday and Maria Woodworth Etter rise up and touch the heart of the nation. It was said that when Billy Sunday came into a particular city, that the bars would shutter their doors because of the impact of Billy’s message (which was the cross) had upon the lost. SInners got saved when Billy preached. Yet the church started to embrace things which would eventually not only change her directive (the harvest) to other things. By the 1980s the church had completely moved away from the message of the cross and in its place would come another gospel, another message, another cross. Let me quote to you A. W. Tozer, “There has come in modern times a new cross into popular evangelical circles. It is like the old cross, but different: the likenesses are superficial; the differences, fundamental. From this new cross has sprung a new philosophy of the Christian life, and from that new philosophy has come a new evangelical technique-a new type of meeting and a new kind of preaching. This new evangelism employs the same language as the old, but its content is not the same and its emphasis not as before. The old cross would have no truck with the world. For Adam’s proud flesh it meant the end of the journey. It carried into effect the sentence imposed by the law of Sinai. The new cross is not opposed to the human race; rather, it is a friendly pal and, if understood aright, it is the source of oceans of good clean fun and innocent enjoyment. It lets Adam live without interference. His life motivation is unchanged; he still lives for his own pleasure, only now he takes delight in singing choruses and watching religious movies instead of singing bawdy songs and drinking hard liquor. The accent is still on enjoyment, though the fun is now on a higher plane morally if not intellectually. The new cross encourages a new and entirely different evangelistic approach. The evangelist does not demand abnegation of the old life before a new life can be received. He preaches not contrasts but similarities. He seeks to key into public interest by showing that Christianity makes no unpleasant demands; rather, it offers the same thing the world does, only on a higher level. Whatever the sin-mad world happens to be clamoring after at the moment is cleverly shown to be the very thing the gospel offers, only the religious product is better. The new cross does not slay the sinner, it redirects him. It gears him into a cleaner and jollier way of living and saves his self-respect. To the self-assertive it says, “Come and assert yourself for Christ.” To the egotist it says, “Come and do your boasting in the Lord.” To the thrill seeker it says, “Come and enjoy the thrill of Christian fellowship.” The Christian message is slanted in the direction of the current vogue in order to make it acceptable to the public. The philosophy back of this kind of thing may be sincere but its sincerity does not save it from being false. It is false because it is blind. It misses completely the whole meaning of the cross. The old cross is a symbol of death. It stands for the abrupt, violent end of a human being. The man in Roman times who took up his cross and started down the road had already said good-by to his friends. He was not coming back. He was going out to have it ended. The cross made no compromise, modified nothing, spared nothing; it slew all of the man, completely and for good. It did not try to keep on good terms with its victim. It struck cruel and hard, and when it had finished its work, the man was no more. The race of Adam is under death sentence. There is no commutation and no escape. God cannot approve any of the fruits of sin, however innocent they may appear or beautiful to the eyes of men. God salvages the individual by liquidating him and then raising him again to newness of life. That evangelism which draws friendly parallels between the ways of God and the ways of men is false to the Bible and cruel to the souls of its hearers. The faith of Christ does not parallel the world, it intersects it. In coming to Christ we do not bring our old life up onto a higher plane; we leave it at the cross. The corn of wheat must fall into the ground and die. We who preach the gospel must not think of ourselves as public relations agents sent to establish good will between Christ and the world. We must not imagine ourselves commissioned to make Christ acceptable to big business, the press, the world of sports or modern education. We are not diplomats but prophets, and our message is not a compromise but an ultimatum. God offers life, but not an improved old life. The life He offers is life out of death. It stands always on the far side of the cross. Whoever would possess it must pass under the rod. He must repudiate himself and concur in God’s just sentence against him. What does this mean to the individual, the condemned man who would find life in Christ Jesus? How can this theology be translated into life? Simply, he must repent and believe. He must forsake his sins and then go on to forsake himself. Let him cover nothing, defend nothing, excuse nothing. Let him not seek to make terms with God, but let him bow his head before the stroke of God’s stern displeasure and acknowledge himself worthy to die. Having done this let him gaze with simple trust upon the risen Saviour, and from Him will come life and rebirth and cleansing and power. The cross that ended the earthly life of Jesus now puts an end to the sinner; and the power that raised Christ from the dead now raises him to a new life along with Christ. To any who may object to this or count it merely a narrow and private view of truth, let me say God has set His hallmark of approval upon this message from Paul’s day to the present. Whether stated in these exact words or not, this has been the content of all preaching that has brought life and power to the world through the centuries. The mystics, the reformers, the revivalists have put their emphasis here, and signs and wonders and mighty operations of the Holy Ghost gave witness to God’s approval. Dare we, the heirs of such a legacy of power, tamper with the truth? Dare we with our stubby pencils erase the lines of the blueprint or alter the pattern shown us in the Mount? May God forbid. Let us preach the old cross and we will know the old power. (A. W. Tozer, Man, the Dwelling Place of God, 1966)

As our nation grew further and further away from the truth, the church grew more and more silent. We see this in its current message, from the prosperity gospel, or a love gospel without judgment, to Psychology as a replacement to the gospel message, whereby man’s problem is not sin, but self. Today, we have popular preachers occupying the pulpits throughout much of nation and its churches which is preaching something other than the cross, be it money, to self help, to living a good life, instead of ‘Deny yourself’ we are now preaching tolerance. This is why most pastors today would rather ignore, reject and by all accounts refuse to touch these subjects, because the people themselves no longer wish to hear the truth. And when the church no longer is salt (Matthew 5:13) it loses its purpose and its influence upon the very society who needs the truth. Hence why we are to be blamed for the past (4) court rulings which have brought this nation into great peril before the Lord, for let me remind us all that any nation who rejects God will end up in ruin (Psalm 9:17).

Thus, here we are today once again where the United States highest court has changed the nation to an even greater sin, the perversion of what God has always deemed as the only method of marriage, and the church for the most part is taking it as business as usual. But soon that will change.

While in prayer last night (and today with the moving of the Holy Spirit) the Lord revealed to me something which is coming upon this nation, it is this; God is about to shake this nation in such a way that it will shake even the church up from its slumber, and that shaking will cause a stir in the heart of God’s people and once again bring her back to the cross. This shaking will show us that God is not pleased with where this nation is going, for it has departed the path the church once helped guided it on. I leave you this word found in Jeremiah 8:18-20 “My joy is gone; grief is upon me; my heart is sick within me. Behold, the cry of the daughter of my people from the length and breadth of the land: “Is the LORD not in Zion? Is her King not in her?” “Why have they provoked me to anger with their carved images and with their foreign idols? “The harvest is past, the summer is ended, and we are not saved.

VATICAN CITY, VATICAN - MARCH 27: Pope Francis waves to the crowd as he drives around St Peter's Square ahead of his first weekly general audience as pope on March 27, 2013 in Vatican City, Vatican. Beware of false prophets, who come to you in sheep’s clothing but inwardly are ravenous wolves.” (Matthew 7:15)

Two years ago I spoke a prophetic word about the man whom would be selected by the Vatican as the new Pope, the words the Lord gave me then seemed strange and even odd to me at first as the current Pope (Francis) had not yet been selected as of yet. But I posted the prophet warning so that we who understand the last days and end time prophecy might realize just what is coming upon this world. Now, just a little over two years since that prophecy I gave (view here), it’s becoming clear that this man – Pope Francis – is doing exactly what the Lord showed me, and what’s more, many in the church are falling for his slick words of peace.

Yet what exactly is it about this particular Pope which is standing out that draws one to the conclusion that he is in fact a type and shadow of the coming false prophet? The easiest way to determine this Pope and the coming false prophet is to examine who the false prophet is and how he will operate in the last days. (Please note, I do not nor am implying that Pope is the false prophet – he’s not, yet he is a forerunner).

Jesus himself warned his people that the day would come that there would be some who would give rise in the last days which would come in his name and declare false truth, I believe we are now venturing into that hour Jesus was referring to. These men are so deceived that they too believe their own lies, but all throughout history, the church has seen the rise of men who manipulated others under the guise of Christ, but that did not make them the false prophet, it simply made them false. Yet we have a blueprint of what the traits of the coming false prophet will look like when we study the word out and then compare them to someone who might resemble that individual, such as Pope Francis.

When we look at the traits of the coming false prophet, we can see something that stands out – a political/religious mind that is able to capture the hearts of not only world leaders, but leaders within the church (not to mention other religions). These traits are as follows:

1. He will follow his own spirit rather than God.

2. He will deny the written word.

3. He will appear as a man of peace.

4. He will speak highly of other religions in an effort to unite all religions under one banner.

5. He will be be religious in form and appearance.

6. He will come from the pit (Revelation 13:11-15).

7. He will have supernatural powers and great wisdom.

8. He will entice world leaders by his subtleties.

9. He will prepare the world for the man of sin (Antichrist).

10. He will have divine knowledge of earthly things, secret and hidden things, and supernatural things.

Now that we have a small glimpse of what the coming false prophet will resemble or look like, let’s examine just how much this current Pope is making his mark in securing the world for that coming prophet who is by far a manipulative being that will unite all the world under the banner of evil. Within just 16 months, Pope Francis has done the following:

1. Pope Francis walks by his own spirit and not the Spirit of God.

2. Pope Francis denies the word. (He declares people cannot be saved outside the RCC)

3. Pope Francis is quickly becoming a man of global peace (quote).

4. Pope Francis is uniting all the world’s religions (proof).

5. Pope Francis is bringing together the world’s leaders (proof).

6. Pope Francis is helping to establish a world/global economy (proof).

We can go on and on with Pope Francis, but one thing is very clear about this particular Pope and those who have walked before him, none, including John Paul II could never come as close to a false prophet as Pope Francis resembles. Even though he is not the false prophet spoken of in Revelation, the fact is, this particular Pope is setting the stage for the greatest deception the world has never seen before or will ever again. This is why the believer needs to take stock in what it being preached or taught, for even Charismatic/Pentecostal and even baptist leaders are being seduced by this Pope, for what reason? I believe it is to condition the church to accept what we would have never accepted in the past – deception. Yet men such as Kenneth Copeland, Rick Joyner and women like Joyce Meyer and Beth Moore are lining up to shake the hand of this sitting Pope, which is nothing short a reflection of apostasy. We are being conditioned and prepared for a world shaking that only those who are rooted and grounded in the faith will discern, yet multitudes more will fall victim to his deception.

Pope Francis most certainly is not the final great false prophet foretold that is coming, but he most certainly is the forerunner.
